The second season in a row we are struggling for defenders, yet we are told to be patient. The whole debate during last season was the need to strengthen defence and attack. Yes we’ve strengthened up top. But Murray as a defender in his playing days just can’t seem to identify what’s  required for those positions. We have two kids a centre half that can’t run and Liam Dick who isn’t very good in any defensive capacity. We might score a few more goals ( hopefully). But we’ll lose just as many if we don’t get what’s required. Defence should’ve been the priority at the beginning. Not trying to be negative, but those predicting we’ll finish in the top 4 are deluding themselves. It’ll be another season where defence lets us down.

Very harsh on Liam Dick who is more than capable at both CH and LB.

Considine would be an excellent signing if true.

I could say something about at least our floodlights will be working but I won't...

Pitch will likely be fine, I think the undersoil heating has been fixed and I'd imagine we'd have it on for a big gate.

Doesn't the Pars undersoil heating work dependant on how many key players they have injured?

The groundsman so worried about the injured players that he "forgets" to turn it on.

    Pars away top revealed today.

Sponsor could be a bit smaller, but other than that it’s a beauty. Love the 90’s pattern through it. Good start for Errea.

Looks like the team kits Sports Direct used to punt.

    Love it.

Good luck to the 'keeper's elbows diving about the astro with those short sleeves.

Hi guys,   look after our Callum will you, good lad and very good player..

Joma,  talk to me,  we have announced them as our new kit suppliers,  how is the quality and do they have much in the training , leisure wear front..

Oh and do you really have to size up, apparently continental fit or some pish..

Even if you are in good nick still go a size above what you would normally for replica tops, though I find the training tops are consistent with the usual size.

A classic waste of a skin.

    Not very nice.

Especially when I said that I'd be happy for you all if you were as well run and were buying as good players as we have. I even wished you good luck with getting out of Scottish football's 3rd tier.

    Don't know why you're raging.

The fact that no Falkirk supporter has went over to your thread even if you are in the championship bit to comment shows how much we do not give a fuckery about Raith. The fact that your on a falkirk thread during the close season commenting on anything Falkirk either shows a the schools off, b your a needy attention seeker (I'm going to go with the second option here)

C - Trying to have a bit of harmless banter with other supporters is also a viable option.

I think you've got something wrong here, not one single person on this thread cares even the slightest about what Raith Rovers are doing.

    That's good!

The money laundering accusations, crowd wanking and talk of our commercial operations by a Falkirk fan above must have thrown me.

Good luck in your quest to escape League 1 next season. 👍🏻

to be fair, if you did a poll, probably 99% of us don't give two f*cks about what Raith or anyone else are up to.

I personally wouldn't bring up a discussion on other clubs financial situations onto our thread - I've no interest or wish to show anyone else I'm interested  - i guess the slow pre-season period doesn't help.

However to add in case anyone jumps on - Its a free country, I dont post on here much so cant say I contribute a lot so if folk want post this kinda stuff here its upto them.

If only your fellow FFC supporters could be so reasonable instead of turning into green eyed monsters at the thought of us doing better.

  9. Why can't Falkirk fans just be happy for us?

I'd be happy for them if they were making really good signings, had Falkirk diehard multi-millionaires on the board, were modernising their old stadium and were putting a realistic plan in place to push their football club forward.

Especially if I knew that their club was literally 6 minutes from oblivion not so long ago.
