  1. Sure it was a hattrick and an assist in a 5-3 win. Mitroglou, deadline day signing. Good in the air and on the ground.
  2. That is pure, unadulterated shite. I feel sorry for the families of the people who died in the helicopter crash but I also agree that a minutes silence is unnecessary at Raith Rovers v Brechin. Sets a bit of a precedent for extremely tenuous minute silences in the future.
  3. I'm going to pick this up before work in the morning. It'll be a long day.
  4. This new update improves the AI something drastic. Opposition players are bee-lining towards the goal instead of coming back or passing out wide.
  5. Apologies if this has been covered but can someone link me a good option file? Preferably with full SPFL if there is such a thing. The ones I found seem a bit dodgy.
  6. Similarly... Me: "See Geoffrey from Rainbow's dead." Her: "What one was he?"
  7. I've just been sacked by Motherwell. 2nd in the league, qualified for Champions league, scoring for fun in big win streaks but all that's left for them to do is thank me for my hard work and wish me all the best for the future. ??? Edit: As chance would have it, I ended back at St Mirren. First game in charge of them? Motherwell!
  8. Aye, Cuthbert represented the club really well. I wouldn't have minded him getting the job but it quickly became apparent that he wasn't quite ready for it yet. I hope things work out well for him.
  9. Check out @alisha_kristen’s Tweet: https://twitter.com/alisha_kristen/status/1046081720326533121?s=09
  10. The thing I like most about John McGlynn is his honesty. There's no bluster or bullshit, just a steely determination to get things done.
  11. Has anyone seen a player rating above 8.5? I got a penalty the other night. Missed it of course.
  12. I wonder if Rodgers would be kind enough to loan us a few top prospects?
  13. Usually I'd agree with you but I think the club (not just the team) needs his enthusiasm and attention to detail. The man is nearly as much a Rover as he is a Jambo and he'll do everything he can to get us back to the Championship. We need to go up and I'm convinced that John McGlynn can lead us there.
  14. Junior at a push I'd think. Funny when he shouted to McGurn after a save at 5-1 down "Yaaass, ye fucking saved wan!" As an aside, good on the boys who won the auction. Both gave good accounts of themselves and fair play to Michael getting fired in aboot Sparky and Marv. Brave laudie!
  15. Agreed. Thankfully it didn't seem to bother McGurn. Saw him afterwards with big beaming smile saying that he had a great day. The game itself was a good laugh. Allan Walker was getting it tight because of some extra weight with wee John Greer running on the pitch to give him a sausage roll for energy. Good seeing Sparky and big Marv partnered up again too.
  16. Murray is naturally right footed though. Murray is naturally right footed though. More than capable with his left too. I'm not trying to justify him being there. Quite frankly, it's fucking mental. Just trying to explain what might have been going on.
  17. I was a right-footed LB for a while and my gaffer wanted me to hit the line, cut on to my right foot and fire in-swinging crosses in. Might be Cuthbert's thinking with that one.
