My wee lad is itching to join them all up the back but prefers sitting with me for the time being. Shows the effect that the young team are having if other younger ones are thinking the same way.

Whilst I agree that the atmosphere has changed for the best I think we should let people enjoy the games the way they're comfortable with without feeling like they're expected to take part if they don't want to. The noise of the crowd will naturally ramp up if the players on the pitch dictate it.

Dobbie is the obvious threat to our promotion aspirations but Kevin Nisbet is every bit as talismanic for us. Looking forward to a good crowd inside Stark's on Wednesday and hopefully an away day to remember on Saturday.

I can't make the Saturday game so I'd appreciate the Rovers channelling their inner Alloa on Tuesday to make the second leg irrelevant.

As much as I'd like to see Kevin Nisbet win the Tartan Boot I'd rather we had him (as close to) guaranteed fit for the playoffs. An injury for him against Montrose would be catastrophic. Experience has failed to breed common sense yet again leading me to be confident about going up.

I asked Nizzy last night if he thought he'd be rested. He said that he wants to play for two reasons : 1) To keep his momentum going and be firing on all cylinders going into the playoffs. 2) To hopefully win the Tartan Boot.
