When buying a house it’s all about the three ‘S’. 1. Size 2. Space 3. Scenery I was living in a 3 bed rental flat in Marchmont till 2008. I had to share a front door. The stairwells were dusty and It was affecting my mental status. So one day I thought f**k it I’ll buy a big 5 bedroom detached b*****d house in rural Perthshire….and I did! I tied in originally for 5, then 5 and then 10 years so I’m not really paying too much attention to all of this atm. /Stamp duty LBBT or whatever it’s called costs a small fortune when moving as does the removals chaps with their modest van, scruffy disposition, yet the average removal worker earns more than a Formula 1 driver!
