I’ve been watching Queens since the days of Eddie hunter and Malky Mackay senior and the second half performance today has to be the worst I’ve ever seen. Disjointed, little attempt to go forward poor passing. I’d love to know what goes on in full time training. The Dutch experiment has failed. We desperately need to get in a manager who understands the Scottish game and some experience down the spine of the team. Whoever gets in charge of the academy also needs to know the game here.

There are two new people intending to stand which is exactly what they need. They need new blood with new ideas and there are plenty of potential candidates around the support but the problem is having the time and energy to give it your attention.

You could always put yourself up for nomination if you think they are that bad

I did hear before Veldman left that Willie haughey wanted malky last time but he wasn’t available . Not sure I agree with this but there could be reasons the others were not chosen. As usual the communication from the club is deafening.

Excellent shot stopper and good distribution but for a keeper of his size he has no idea when to come for a cross ball. He is however very young and surely this is something the goalkeeping coach should be helping him with.

I got the impression Veldman lost the dressing after the horrendous late substitutions against Raith. Wasn’t at yesterday’s game but felt there was a lack of application against thistle which up till that point had always been there. Still believe Veldman would be better suited to running the academy but that doesn’t seem an option now.

If we are going down the Celtic route then you have Scott Brown, Malky McKay, John Kennedy, Gavin Strachan. Maybe it’s time for John to cut his teeth at being his own man

Veldman has to go. We need experienced defender and midfielder in window. This is embarrassing. Leanne dempster and committee have to act or we may as well plan 1st division next season.

Ok I take it that’s a no. I have no time for racism in any form and while that is obviously wrong why do we accept the bile that comes down from the stand at two particular grounds in Glasgow. I grew up in Glasgow and have been there with qp , sat in the stand with my then eight year old daughter and was called far worse than what mackay’s email said. So it’s rightly wrong to call out comments on skin colour but you can say anything you like about their religious beliefs.

I genuinely believe Robin Veldman would be better suited to running the academy and bringing on the youngsters. Bring in Malky Mackay with all his qp connections as manager. I don’t want to hear any nonsense about emails from several years ago. Livingston have a convicted drug dealer and martindale does a good honest job .
