  1. Think the next 3 fixtures will be telling..tough ones for Saints against Well, Hearts and Celtic, while Killie have to looking to beat both County at home and St.Johnstone (anything at Tynecastle is a bonus). So, depending in how the table looks at the end of that the next game between them in Paisley could be a 'decider' or academic.
  2. Don't think there was much change of formation at HT with Watson playing on the right 1st half anyway, just a major shift in attitude. Thought at HT that the next goal in the game would be massive (as it always is at 0-2, either it goes 0-3 game over, or 1-2 game on). There was huge pressure on Armstrong to put that pen away though, especially after a long VAR delay...if he misses that, St.Mirren might well have seen it out for 2-1, but the momentum of the game totally changed from there.
  3. Allegedly 4K a week, half of his wages with Groningen. Does sound a bit steep though.
  4. Wouldn't be too devastated with a draw here, given that St.Mirren have a tougher next 3 games on paper. More of a 'don't lose this one Killie'. (Clearly a win for either side would be a massive boost in the race for 4th).
  5. 'If' it had been a semi-final line up of say..Hibs, Motherwell and maybe one of the sisters then yes, you might think there is a half chance of winning it....beating both of them? Somewhat unlikely to say the least. For a club like Killie who have been in Europe once in the last 23 years the chance of a couple of trips abroad more enticing than Hampden v Celtic
  6. Enjoy your 'day out' against Celtic, and if you someone win that, Rangers in the Final. As said, would prefer to qualify for Europe.
  7. This. Semi-Final 'day out' v Rangers or Celtic and likely defeat, or chance to be 4th and in Europe, two years after being in the Championship? For me, therefore a game against St.Mirren in a battle for Europe and games to come after it are bigger than a semi-final KO in the Cup.
  8. No question a deserved win for Aberdeen, in a game Killie just never got going in. Switching from our recent 4-4-2 of recent weeks with 2 wingers due to Kennedy's injury left up lopsided, which didn't help. Aberdeen wanted it more. Still, a bigger game than yesterday to come next weekend against St.Mirren in the battle for 4th and Europe.
  9. As always when going there, need to keep it tight for 20-30 minutes, and hopefully play our way into the game. Be interesting to see if KVV starts. Made more difficult probably with the League being so close at the top and Celtic not affording to drop more points.
  10. The original Sensi was definitely a major highlight of 90s games
  11. Cove were well organised. Thought we moved the ball a bit better than Wednesday night, with Polworth starting. Kennedy much livelier 2nd half. Both goals well taken. A case of job done.
  12. Depends. Expecting a tough game. Hopefully see KVV start this one with Watkins next to him and Greg Stewart in behind. Like last night, suspect patience will be required from Killie.
  13. Criminal Record with Peter Capaldi on Apple TV. Really good, so far with plot twists aplenty. Still difficult to work out what Capaldi's characters motives are, and what the end game will be. Apple TV a strong showing with this and Slow Horses recently
  14. Thought it was 'okay'. Not a patch on Andor, but 'okay'. Agree that it seemed to demand knowledge of the backstop.
