  1. By default. Falkirk not having a 10k seater stadium saved you in 2000. Reached both cup finals that year as well.
  2. Where have higher record sales got you? Not the greatest measurement of a joke club when you are down at the bottom fighting us diddies.
  3. You are right, there is absolutely no fight in this county team. They were second to every ball. They looked like they didn’t want the ball. There are a few decent players in that hibs team. If they click I could see them going on a decent run.
  4. I see more organisation/ structure to our team, but I can’t see us scoring unless a team lay a chance on a plate for us.
  5. Was Dhanda injured on Saturday? I've not seen any reference in the media or social media to say that he was missing due to injury.
  6. I like Brophy, Murray and White up top together. It worked well last season before Brophy picked up an injury. If I remember correctly, the first time we played it was at home to Dundee United and we blew them away. Hoping a good run in the side will sharpen Brophy up, as its clear to see how good a finisher he is when he gets himself in the right place.
  7. The National or the Mallard are good for a pre game drink. They are both very close to the stadium.
  8. Very disappointed to come on and see that there is no "The next Ross County Manager" thread. We live in hope.
  9. I have to say that in hindsight my rants about Adam’s last week may have just been due to the anger of the lacklustre performance against Partick. The players didn’t look up for it in any way, and I put that down to him losing the dressing room. Yesterday was a complete 180, excellent team performance and the new players seem to have improved the team. Hopefully that carries forward into the livi game.
  10. He’s like a petulant child. Putting all the blame on the players and taking no responsibility himself. I posted here previously to say how well we were playing when he first came in. Thinking back he was still deploying Malkys formation then. Since he has tried to implement his own formation and tactics it’s fallen to pieces. The players don’t seem interested, and that will be down to to his previous comments which will have sucked the morale out of the squad. Will be delighted if he leaves the club one way or another as soon as possible.
  11. I agree to an extent, however, the players rumoured to be leaving are not the types of players that I believe are the problem. I think that we have the basis of a good squad, it's just the way that they have been utilised under MacKay. Adams seemed to get a tune out of them in the majority of the games since he returned. I'm (hopefully) putting the Aberdeen game down to a very very bad day at the office.
  12. I have the absolute fear of what kind of squad we are going to have at our disposal come the end of January.
  13. Surely not. There’s been rain but it’s not been heavy. BBC reporting that there is a pitch inspection for the St Johnston v Dundee match. Maybe getting mixed up with that.
  14. It’s great to see county play football again. As much as Adams recent comments have irked me, I have loved the way he has us playing. For too long we have given teams far too much respect. I just hope that our chairman is preparing Dhanda an offer he can’t resist to stay with us.
