  1. The North Lanarkshire Sean Mackie FSC(North branch) are heading off in an hour or so. Cannae wait.
  2. If you need the seat for mobility reasons then contact Montrose directly to make sure you get a seat
  3. Funnily enough, Scott McKenzie was at the game yesterday. I think people forget Morrison is still only 24 and only now coming into his prime. Huge potential to cement his place in Falkirk record books if he hasn't already.
  4. I wouldn't be surprised if the boy from Colts is our starting right back. McGlynn is apparently a big fan and he's a very fit young lad with a sensible head on him as well, all according to the guy I know at Colts. Look out your passports for a pre season friendly in Cumbernauld btw.
  5. Like that we are trying to make the last quarter a bit more interesting by giving teams a goal of a start.
  6. No Tom Lang. Take a point and run....
  7. Shout out to Hogarth for those saves early on. Couldn't see any of the sending off
  8. Absolutely thrilled at this news, Morrison is 25 in the summer so can still get even better and better.
  9. I'm not having anyone having a pop at Sean Mackie tonight. Given how little football he has played, he put in a right good shift and could barely walk off the park at the end. No doubt he was rusty but to get an assist like that was surely more than any of us should have expected. Overall a comfortable win. Nae luck the Montrose defence having to deal with Miller and McIver coming off the bench, and fair play to Gary Oliver with a really lovely finish.
  10. From the SPFL website.... 11 – Falkirk moved 11 points clear at the top of cinch League 1 thanks to a 3-2 victory over title rivals Hamilton Academical at the Falkirk Stadium. Goals from Callumn Morrison, Ross MacIver and Calvin Miller saw the Bairns race into a three-goal lead inside the first half-hour, and they survived an Accies fightback to secure the victory. John McGlynn’s side remain the only SPFL club who are unbeaten in the league this season – they have picked up 18 wins and five draws from their 23 matches. Including the final two matches of last season, Falkirk are now unbeaten in 25 league matches, just one short of their club record, set between January and September 1994 under Jim Jefferies.
  11. I'm on about episode 5 or 6 of S2 Australia and, aside from Luke and Annabel, I honestly think they are the stupidest group of faithfuls ever. I also hope Sam never gets a girlfriend/boyfriend ever again. Keith, Liam, Sarah, Gloria and Hannah deserve only ridicule. The worst.
  12. There's a narrative among Hamilton fans that we are somehow being handed the league title. Worth pointing out our PPG is the highest in the 4 Scottish leagues and our GD is the highest across the 8 main men's leagues in Scotland and England. Only Celtic have scored more goals (1) in Scotland and they have played 3 more games. In short, we have been utterly relentless in the league this season and if we win the league title it's because we have have been bloody brilliant from day 1.
  13. How would you rate Coll and Brad’s blind ranking attempt? https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeBB5uG3/ The utter disgrace of skipping Roberto Baggio!
  14. One of those games I would have been delighted if we'd won, but losing it I'm just meh, doesn't really matter. Despite not playing well, we had far more chances than TNS. They were clearly a big strong fit team and able to press us effectively. I love McCann and Yeats but I think last night highlighted the weaknesses in our full back areas. Not sure how many times the keeper landed the high ball on McCann before we actually adapted. Onwards, we've shown we can beat every team in this league so no need to get in a tizzy about the result. We'll have Tait and Ross back so options from the bench will be better. The Hamilton match can't come quickly enough.
  15. From someone at Colts: John McGlynn loves him. Has had the best stats at training in the last Month than any of the full time players. Not a regular football type though. Came to us from Glasgow Uni having just qualified in Politics and economics. Quite posh and quiet but lovely guy. Probably didn't think was going to be professional footballer when he graduated last Year. Great have him back on loan as not much to replace him.
  16. I am absolutely resigned to Morrison leaving at the end of the season. I have made peace with that and will wish him all the best. Delighted we have him for the rest of this season, fingers crossed he leaves with a title winners medal
  17. Linfield's most expensive signing in history seems to be about 80k. I would definitely want more than that.
  18. Love that every week a different player seems able to step up and be the difference. Shout out to Morrison given all the transfer talk
  19. The way the entire stadium held their breath when Tom Lang went down with a knock was quite something. You could have heard a pin drop as we waited for him to get up. What an impact he has had.
  20. Calvin Miller was an absolute joy to watch today, absolutely sensational. That's the kind of footballer I am happy to pay good money to go and see. Was also delighted for the wee mascot who named Gary Oliver as his favourite player. A peach of a goal from him to make that wee boys day!
  21. Looks like he hasn't broken sweat https://youtu.be/9TZjRb15bIQ?si=KpovVUdIPryQYwws
  22. Well that's Ross signed for the season which is great news, assume he can play today now too.
  23. I went into this game hoping we would compete and put up a good showing without expecting us to win. We absolutely destroyed them. Brilliant performance Morrison loves the telly, on a hat trick there is no way he is squaring that. And finally, Finn Yeats, what a boy. Amazing attitude that every one could learn from, never stops. Loved seeing him score his first goal tonight.
