  1. Don't forget Miller v Edinburgh for having the bottle to score the pen in those circumstances when he's not even our regular penalty taker.
  2. I think he had taken a knock and that maybe made the decision easy.
  3. Calvin Miller's goal seems like such a long time ago!
  4. What about that clearance on the line from I think Tait? Unbelievable. No point being critical of anyone at this time in the season, that team is leaving everything on the pitch every game. Nesbitt was astonishing
  5. Short notice but a wee banner for MacIver would be good.
  6. I don't understand anyone who isn't voting for Morrison v Montrose! A goal like that, to win the game, is amazing enough. But for me, that goal was the moment I believed this season might actually turn out to be quite good.
  7. This beauty showed up on one of my feeds today https://footballstadiumprints.com/product/crawford-baptie-t-shirt/
  8. Just to highlight how special an invincible season is, no matter the level.
  9. I had a weird feeling pre season and bought my first season ticket since we were in the premier. I don't know what prompted it given the 5 years previous and will hold my hand up and say I would also have been happy to see the back of McGlynn after the Airdrie debacle. Something made me take the plunge and I am so glad I did.
  10. Why was Lewis Smith not starting? Only player to trouble Hogarth, who I think exorcised a few demons today. Also, Aidan Nesbitt was absolutely outstanding. My MotM by a distance.
  11. Outside of Burrell and maybe an Accies defender, I think you'd be hard pushed to make a case for any player ahead of a Falkirk one. 3 of the top 4 in the assists table are ours. Even the unfairly maligned Sam Long is joint top of the clean sheets table despite only playing half a season.
  12. Neither are offside when Tait plays the ball through, Alfie doesn't touch or pass the ball to Stanley, so no danger the flag was going up.
  13. Yep, all for drawing a line under that particular part of our history. Today was the perfect way to do that, hopefully our paths will not cross again for a very long time.
  14. So Morrison is the top scorer in the country, Miller has more assists than anyone else in the whole country and on current league form, 100 goals is a distinct possibility. This team is amazing.
  15. Keep up the fight and write your name in history Something like that
  16. Ultimately what I am saying is lets live in the moment a bit longer and enjoy this wonderful season. Club still putting up great content to enjoy, there's a sad Brad McKay article to read and records still to break. There's a long summer ahead to get bogged down in potential new signings.
  17. Of course he will I just think that suggesting someone like McIver isn't good enough when this season isn't even finished and he has played such an important part, is a bit unnecessary. We've scored so many goals and had such a great time doing it.
  18. Our front four have scored 50 goals between them this season. They absolutely deserve the chance to start next season in the championship and I'm uncomfortable with our own fans talking any of them down after such a brilliant weekend.
  19. A manager whose team has lost more games than they have won is not going to win manager of the year. 3rd biggest budget btw with a league record that is better than any club in the top 4 leagues in Scotland and England. If it was that easy to do what Falkirk have done this year, why hasn't everyone done it?
  20. We owe it to Montrose to give this lot a doing. But, lots of booze to be sweated out this week so I'll settle for not getting beat!
  21. Fair play to Sean Mackie, that's him got more assists than Morrison! 2 more targets for the rest of the season, just to firmly cement this team in the record books - go undefeated and hit 100 goals. 1st one is definitely possible, 2nd is a bit trickier but doable. 15 goals in the last 3 games makes me optimistic though...
  22. That was so much fun, what a joy to watch this team is. This group of players are just brilliant. Epitomised by Leon McCann defending like a man possessed in the last minute even though we were 7-1 up. Given their relative ages, the potential is huge. I hope they are having a brilliant night.
