What if the Prosecutor had good reason? Shouldn't we trust the criminal courts? Obviously not, mob justice is the way!! Just look at the pile on already!! No criminal conviction, therefore no jail sentence, moan all you want about civil case, but its not the same. If it was meaningful, he would have served an actual jail sentence. He didn't. Criminal court said 'insufficient evidence', in our justice system that is what counts. Therefore sorry, he isnt a 'rapist', unless proven in criminal court. That's what I base things on. The season isnt over yet and still in those play offs. Thought we played well in the 2nd half against Hamilton and against Partick. To be constantly negative all the time and write the team off is bound to effect the atmosphere. Im confident we will finish in the play off places, will see what happens after that... Compared to what I have seen of Raith, Partick & Killie don't think they are any better. Arbroath are playing as a proper team, but nobody else is. Still think promotion is a possibility, if Dundee can do it like they did last season then no reason ICT can't.

While the draw last night was disappointing, don't think Kilmarnock, Raith or Partick are that much better. Still think we will make the play offs, despite this run. Winning the play offs is another matter, just can't see it, but you never know...
