I’m on a “supporters” back to Glasgow now. Recent events (I’ll not go into here, unimportant), meant I had no car, so I tried the bus option. Never done it before and I can safely say now I’ll never do it again! Wee nerddy chaps , 14-15 yrs with the fortified wine….annoying all the older travellers, male and female, with their language from the sewer, blowing their vape smoke everywhere and general Glasgow Ned behaviour. An accurate assumption I’d say. Latest forums and news reports still have shed no light or offered any explanation to why McCall was sacked. (Surely someone has an inkling or a bit of inside info?) and not telling or consulting with the owners of the club before sacking the manager is unbelievable! Still no official explanation why McCall was sacked and no fans forums offer a reason either. All very strange and more than a tad concerning.

I’m missing something at Firhill today…….can anyone help? 1/ Why the booing during the minutes applause pre kick off? 2/ Why are Thistle fans singing f**k the Queen? I really didn’t think Firhill was a place for this kind of nonsense

The fans leaving 6 or 7 minutes into the second half was a bit disappointing ….and surprising I have to say. Didn’t expect to see that at Firhill no matter the performance. whilst it was shite….there were at least some contributing factors. onwards to Dunfermline on Tuesday….

Who the hell is the maniacal Thistle fan, there with his daughter who is about 12 I think ( who looked frightened, bored and miserable at different times)…who simply shouted vile abuse all game, tried to get on the park to “fight” the wee Morton boys, and challenged any steward who’d look at him to a “square go”? It’s what usually happens when playing a team from a level up….quality in the final third ,even although not vastly superior, mostly makes the difference. Utd got one chance and took it.
