Abandonments are pretty rare, anyone know if refunds are issued or at least re-entry when it’s played, though that might not be much good for travelling fans midweek?

If it's abandoned in the first half you get a full refund or replacement ticket.

  2. HI EVERYONE

We all know this has been a unique and memorable season.

I am currently involved in a Falkirk FC project which will not be announced for a few weeks but I am seeking personal stories from this season from supporters.

That could be things that happened to you at or on the way to matches, meeting players, events in your life that this team has made better or influenced. Or whatever.

I cannot promise they will be used, but some probably will be - so please write to me at:

    pablorobo@hotmail.com

and I and the club will be grateful. They are needed before April 21st please.

You are welcome to share this post on other social media etc.

    Cheers

    Pablo

  3. Bairn here - I just want to thank Montrose for their tolerance at the end of the game to allow a joyful celebration by fans on the pitch. There are plenty of other clubs that would have been difficult about it (especially after a result like that). It made things a lot more fun for the 2000+ who came up. I hope the income from the crowd helps your club next year and I wish you well in the playoffs (f**k that b*****d Hartley and stop them qualifying please). All the best.

It is a case that we attack attack attack if our defence is lessened. Blow them away Falkirk

This was my fav ever chant and we only did it once or twice.

    ATTACK,        ATTACK,         ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK.

Always summed up for me our football philosophy.

No I was meaning I was going to record the Montrose game on Alba. You can get a full replay on FTV from midnight I think if you can hold off that long this weekend though!

I see a Likely Lads episode developing here.

ALBA can be watched in its entirety from the start if you can avoid the score etc......

  6. Slight chance that Aberdeen come down next year and Dundee United fail to go up. While I would love to see Aberdeen come down as revenge for their survival thanks to unreasonable ground size demands either would make next year so much harder.  If Raith went up in the payoffs then that would be somewhat good also.

By the way it was more the way he treated people around the club that made him such a c**t, rather than his management performance for me. Though his management performance was utterly shocking, which shows you how bad he treated unpaid volunteers.

Falkirk TV guys hated him with vengence because of the way he treated them and his utter arrogance.

  8. I edited, designed and wrote much of the Millennium Player book - we sold 600+ at £30 each in a month (and I did the whole thing from start to finish inlcuding layout and printing in 6 weeks with others helping all the interviews with the players). The only cost was the printing as we all did it for free. That's something of a profit. I'd love to do something similar if we do an invincible season.

Shows the last time I was in it.

Was where I did my under age drinking hence the soft spot for the Star Inn. It struggled ever since Cockburn Foundry and Grahamston Iron Works closed. Was famous for the night shift moulders have pre shift pints - so much for health and safety.

Underage drinking - I used to go with Bubble (Brian Guthrie) to the Centurion after each home game. I was 13 and could pass for maybe 16 but no-one cared. I'd manage a crazy 4 or 5 pints then get on a bus home to Denny swallowing polo mints. I only once got drunk enough that my mother realised I was pissed. I think that illegal drinking however made me less of a drinker in later life although I always loved beer.

In fact the reason why I drink heavy to this day (and try asking for that from a Millennial bar person these days) was it was the only beer I had heard of when it was my time to go up and buy and I was nervous enough as it was to ask for anything more complicated than "3 pints of heavy please." When did the Centurion close?

he is still on the board of behind the goals a position fully supported by the foundation, their chairman charles macdonald keeps him there as he is his pal.

Loy is great - everyone pretty much knew at the time of his second spell here that he had problems behind the scenes. I do wonder if we (the club) supported him in the way he deserved at the time. He seems so honest and I am really pleased he is making it as a pundit (and he roasted that bam Michael Stewart last Saturday on the radio).

Edit I replied to the wrong thread here - sorry. It was the one about Loy

Were we not unbeaten in the last season at Brockville until Dallas robbed us at the ICT game on the final day?

Totten told me a few years ago that he and Dallas hated each other. The animosity went back even before Dallas fucked us in the final by ruling Ollie's goal offside, apparently from Totten's previous clubs.
