  1. The reality is that it’s a cup nobody really wants to play in, but at the same time it’s probably the only chance of some of the mid/lower table clubs ever winning some silverware.
  2. They could have and might have done, I am sure someone who knows better may comment.
  3. I can’t think of any other tournament where a coin toss takes place to determine who plays at home, maybe you can enlighten me.
  4. I don’t think the league can win here, the clubs didn’t want an end of season tournament so they are trying to accommodate the clubs wishes.
  5. So the people who run the league are condemned despite this being the system in every other football knockout tournament?
  6. I’m not being funny mate, but expecting any sort of gate away to us is wishful thinking, we don’t exactly have a massive support.
  7. I would be majorly surprised if the result doesn’t stand, given it was 3-0 after 79mins.
  8. Fantastic news, hope he makes a speedy recovery.
  9. They are “The people” you would do well to remember your place.
  10. Lot of huffing and puffing, although the same could have been said about Colts, although they did score a belter to make it 1-0 at half-time. Second half more of the same, Ross McNeil with probably the best chance (not sure what we will do when he chucks it), but apart from that we didn’t threaten to the extent whereby I thought we would score. Some nice football, but that doesn’t always win you games.
  11. I believe it may be called jealousy, John.
  12. One step forward, one step back at the moment. No complaints about the result, just need to believe in what the manager is trying to do.
  13. Another momentum bulding win, albeit in a game we were probably expected to win. However, it was important to get back on the horse after the Albion Rovers game.
  14. I wish the boy well, but I think the appeal on social media could have been worded a bit better. It is also close to Xmas, so maybe not a good time to ask for donations.
  15. Will need to be quick, by time you get to the transfer window it could be too late
  16. Millar to be in charge, Maitland as an “advisor”
  17. He was on the touchline giving advice at the Musselburgh game, so maybe not the worst shout
  18. Another case of nearly on Saturday, however unlike the EK game, I don’t think I left with the same feeling of being robbed. Still, the signs continue to be positive.
