  1. Great reward for everyone who braved the cold today.
  2. On the issue of the starting GK, to be fair he wasn't at fault for any of the goals and didn't really do anything wrong otherwise either.
  3. That's how it felt to me too. He was down just before he went off though, but the sub was probably too quick for that to be the reason. New guy missed one glorious chance, but was in a good position for it which is a good sign. Hope he finds his killer instinct soon.
  4. First half was shocking today. No urgency and the goals were poor. Improved after Ambrose came on and getting to 2-2 early-ish in the second half you felt we'd go on and win it. Lost the momentum when McKechnie went off (did he pick up an injury?) then when we lost the third the wind went out our sails. Still had a couple of good chances to equalise though. However, just an annoying performance rather than truly worrying I'd say. Edit: meant to say McKechnie and Connolly were causing havoc for a while at the start of the second half. Clearly had been given a rocket by MB.
  5. Twitter admin not had his/her morning coffee? https://twitter.com/OfficialQosFC/status/1695315137161298151?t=6SxtLlpuog3MdyvVTfV_hg&s=19
  6. Oh man, this thread has had me chuckling tonight. Bravo, troops.
  7. Kudos to anyone who made the trip today. Any reports?
  8. No idea why he read out the half time scores the way he did
  9. Very well first half. Motherwell were poor until after the break. We did very well to weather the storm and fight back second half. Much more potent going forward than expected tbh. McKechnie was really good. Logan had a good game. Botterill made some good saves and looked dependable. Overall very impressive against a technically superior team.
  10. Looking at the season so far overall, we have to be happy with a clear 3rd by the break. It's easy to forget that it's almost total a new team apart from 2-3 of the regular starters (and Barron and Hayes have played nothing like all of the games), so to have gelled as well as they have so quickly is impressive and Goodwin deserves credit for that. As does the best run of home form (and general style of play) in a few years. At our level of buying power it was never going to be the case that all the new signings would work. A couple of new faces in certain areas in January and better away form and it could be a really decent season.
  11. I'm quite new here. That Leith Green guy is some laugh eh?
  12. Revealed on the Discord server that it should be back the last Friday in September [emoji106]
