Looking for a bit of advice on a new phone for the auld man. He's asked me to look into a new phone for him as he has wrecked his Honor 9 Lite. Was looking at the Redmi Note 7 for him as it suits his needs (long battery life, decent camera, big enough display... basically all the standard stuff). Is it best to buy direct from Xiaomi or somewhere else?

Can anyone reccomend an android box for me? Been using a Firestick for a while now and although Covenant can run fine on it, I'm getting frustrated at how slow it is recently.

Got myself a new laptop with Windows 10 on it, coming from a Windows 7 laptop, what are the first things I should do? Previously I did upgrade to 10 but only tried it for a day and didn't like it so reverted back but obviously that is not so easy this time.

Went to format my old Samsung Galaxy S3 to keep as a backup phone but accidentally deleted Android OS from it all together. Tried a few guides but it doesn't seem to work, stuck on the 'Twin Recovery Project'. Need to find a stock android ROM for a start. Anybody done this before and could offer some help?
