I see when you go into the tables and fixtures sections on the BBC website only Dundee United are given a club badge outside of the Premiership clubs. All other clubs have a grey shield while in England every club as far down as National league has their's shown. It's only National League North /South where they're not shown. Not sure if it's a Glasgow or London/Salford issue but it's just another example of the 'couldn't give a f*ck' attitude by the lot of them.

Is it not something like you can't schedule fixtures for the same time as CL fixtures but you can show it if it's had to be rescheduled like this one. That seems a daft enough reason for UEFA to have come up with it so could be right.

The ex-Old Firm tag has been around for a lot longer than the internet and not even 23 minutes is needed, just having been part of one of their set ups is enough. It's the Scottish media's equivalent of a star on the Hollywood walk of fame and a lifelong honour bestowed on a player. Their love for everything bigot should never be underplayed.

@Div The drawback to ignoring someone on here is obviously their posts still appear when they are quoted by others. I've seen on other forums that this doesn't happen and the 'you've chosen to ignore etc etc' message appears in the requote instead of the original post. Is there any chance of that facility being added here? It'd be a Godsend at times! Cheers.

That's different from going through the process you mentioned. It's the BBC. They'll do what they want.

Spot on. It's generally good apart from the issue with teams not playing each other the same number of times home and away.

Came to see if this was mentioned. The usual minutes applause procedure before kick off for the two fans murdered in Turkey then the game gets stopped in the 24th minute for another round of applause by everyone again. Never seen a double tribute for the same reason in a match before.

I go to Sainsburys at least once a week and will have put tens of thousands of pounds into them by the time I snuff it. I expect a minute's applause from them for my loyal support when that moment comes.
