I thought Jacobs did fairly well on Saturday. He put in a shift, caught wrong side on a few occasions but hopefully a few games can put that right.

I think he is. I suspect the silence is while contractual matters are resolved, sadly.

Totally agree with this point in particular. It's happened a few times this season now, usually around the 70th minute. It's almost like an admission that the initial team selection wasn't right so we have to throw the kitchen sink at it, and it then smacks a bit of desperation.

We're incredibly lucky to have Paul at the club. Must be the best appointment the Board has made. He sells the Club so we'll and his enthusiasm is totally infectious. Some of those commercial deals he's getting over the line are incredible !! Just hope we can hang onto him.

The only other player who can bring the drive, energy and level of fitness to compete in there just now, from the current squad, is Goldie. The centre of midfield got totally overrun yesterday. That's why QP ended up breaking with an extra man over, leaving the central defence looking hopelessly exposed.

I'll try...... McKenna was our top scorer last season and pitched in with numerous assists. If he's played further back we lose this.

Queens Park didn't create any chances......FFS that's worryingly dilusutional. Gats was brilliant and kept the scoreline respectable. The first thing you should be analysing on Monday is why LD is playing central midfield cos quite frankly I find that terrifying.......that said, early days !!
