  1. I'm pretty sure most of us know who was responsible and I don't understand how not knowing would make wanting them removed "bizarre". Did the statement released by the club not indicate there would be an internal investigation? So even is we didn't know, they should be getting to the bottom of it and sacking them.
  2. I've never made a mistake so big that its cost my employer potentially hundreds of thousands of pounds and got us thrown out of a competition. If I had I would be sacked, and rightly so. Since when was incompetence and negligence just allowed to slide? The person responsible should have some self respect and resign, then maybe we can start to "move on".
  3. Yes, that famously convenient time between Christmas and New Year when they scheduled it. Also before another delay in getting into lesser, the selling of our club captain and top goal scorer and being thrown out of the Scottish Cup for incompetence.
  4. Inverness fans really pushing Dundee hard for the championship title of total freaks on P&B.
  5. The club have announced we will be ground sharing at Tannadice this season
  6. Went as a neutral as I live nearby. I think the pitch can take some blame but it was woeful watching. Pars on a decent pitch should, should have enough at East End Pk. I was expecting far more than what I saw from Queens Pk. What exactly were you “expecting far more” of from a team that finished 4th in league one, won 11 games and drew 18?
  7. Imagine being one of the people clapping those wage thief’s off the park. The most lacklustre performance I’ve ever witnessed. Embarrassing.
  8. Maybe New Lesser should have a happy clapper section? Free boiled sweeties, hymn sheets with the sanctioned phrases ie good stuff old bean, top pudding my good man, and ear defenders so that the gentrified sections of our support don’t need to deal with the vulgarities from the proles.
  9. Never had any problems with the stream, managed to log in a buy 5mins before kick-off and worked perfectly over here in the states. A fantastic result, I don’t think Muir was seriously challenged the whole game. I still think some of our passing was rather slack and aimless at times, maybe slightly rushed. Brown excelled for me though and if he ever adds finishing to his game he’ll stroll this league. It’s incredible to think we are without Grant, Quitongo, Connell and Murray, if we ever get to full strength I think we should really be challenging for the league title.
  10. The members who called for an EGM have achieved exactly what they set out to, to engage with the club and have issues raised and answered. At no point was the call for an EGM “ignored”, after discussions it was agreed to move forward with a members meeting to address the issues. I suggest if you’re not happy maybe you should seek members with a similar point of view and call for your own EGM rather than attack other members who managed to achieve something. If members are still unhappy another EGM can simply be called for again. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you were misinformed about the above.
  11. A really strange thank you for our season long support, pay up front for a season ticket or membership and have the honour of paying £15 to stream a game you may not be able to attend in person. In essence paying twice for the game. In truth the whole statement is a complete joke, firing in Stein lines and how great it is to have us back, while trying to skim an extra few quid off supporters who have already forked out to see the games. Punished, in essence, for having a membership or season ticket. Amazingly Innovative.
  12. Like many others that have posted, I am completely blown away by the level of ineptitude that seems to have taken hold of the club. Every time we think it can’t get any worse, but my God do they manage it! Today really is the straw that broke the camels back, not offering a general sale to the fan base is completely inexcusable. The “I’m awrite Jack” attitude from those at the top that have been able to attend games regularly over the course of the pandemic is now all too clear to see. The start of the season didn’t just sneak up on us, it isn’t a surprise, why has it been left to the very last minute to sell memberships, contact previous season ticket holders and contemplate selling tickets to our first “home” game of the season? Even in typing it out I am flabbergasted at the incompetence of this whole fiasco! The level of discontent among the support whom I know is astonishing, and the overwhelming feeling I get is that the club just don’t care. They don’t need our money now, so it doesn’t matter if there are fans there. I can hear the committee now; “well there were no fans there last season, only us, and we still won the league. So why bother letting them back in at all”. Let’s just grow a new fan base as part of the “project” let’s have thousands of kids at summer classes but no one in the stands or on the bus up to Peterhead. There will at least be an EGM in the next 20 days, and I’d like to think that Mr. Hunter will be seriously considering his position, I know if I was him I wouldn’t be looking forward to facing the members after everything they have done over the past year.
  13. Great to see this is finally happening. The level of contempt with which the members and fans have been treated recently is completely unacceptable. This isn’t our first season as a football club, in fact today is our Birthday, we should know how to sell season tickets and communicate with the support, especially when it is so easy in the modern world. Hopefully the request for an EGM will give the committee and the club the wake up call they need to start acting like there is already a fan base and they’re not creating a club from scratch. OUR CLUB, NOT YOUR PROJECT!
