Think the difference between Imrie and Gibson is Gibson had to play as he is our best player. If he was just a manager In think he could do a good job especially with his own players

I think if WG was to be given the job he has to retire from playing. You can't do both. But he is still a very good player he may not be ready to finish playing as in best shape of his career. He has been left with AJ squad. It will be interesting to see if he gets the job.

We have had a torrid season we need refreshed. The problem is that what AJ had to do every season. The problem with the squad this year was we are totally inexperienced and AJ brought more untested players in January. We should have signed some experience. Thistle fans warned us about Gordon but he contributed one goal and nothing else since Jan. I doubt that WG will even want the job I think he will want to play on for another year. The players we have signed for next year are Paton, Cochrane, Chima, McKay and Todd. Defence needs some experienced defenders not youngsters from PL clubs.

Would like to see Folarin uptop rather than Cameron. Would put defences on back foot with his pace. Looks like Connelly out wide again as well.

I thought Cochrane had played well in last 3 games. Gordon not known for his work rate.
