Queens passed the ball nicely at times but your back line looked even sketchier than our which has not been firing recently. Main thing that struck me was that the centre backs were not talking at all and No.35 was particularly poor overall.

Honestly unbelievable that SP hadn’t made a signing yet. Also he needs to switch up tactics we have been figured out since last season something needs to change ASAP.

How’s the Mo keeper doing out of interest?

He’s a good big and physical centre back. Pretty useless with the ball at his feet though but I doubt you are trying to build from the back!

Both I reckon. Petrie is too loyal to certain players and we simply don’t have the money compared to other clubs especially with 4 full time teams in the league that makes it even harder to compete.

It ultimately falls down to recruitment. We have kept the core that got us promotion from league 2 a season too many and not bringing in enough players around their peak. With that lack of quality we have a serious ageing squad as well. We can’t write this season off yet as we are still capable of performances like the one against Dunfermline, so there is hope yet!

Hopefully he does give young Ross a chance, I don’t see the risk in playing someone who has been in and around the 1st team for a while now. He also looked pretty tidy against Arbroath and those 10 mins against Killie.

Not optimistic about this one, we have just been so shambolic at the back that I can see Peterhead winning. We’ve also had those 2 boys recalled which will be a big miss so our squad is really lacking technical quality at the minute.

We signed a boy on loan till January from dundee utd but he’s been injured most of the time and I think has only made 3 appearances but I’m not sure why SP didn’t sign another RB on a short term contract.

It’s not up front I’m worried about it’s the fact we’ve conceded 20+ goals in 1 month. We’ve kept the spine from league 2 one season too many in my opinion.

It’s the first time since SP that we have gone backwards in terms of improvement. We need to sort this back line out it’s starting to get ridiculous how many goals we are conceding.

I think that was a good message to young guys, not too overbearing but firm. It has been great to see a bit more of vocal support at Links Park but they should clearly tone it down with the flares.

When Dillon retires and if we still have this back line we are totally screwed. He needs to sort this out in January or maybe give some 18’s a chance if they’re up to it.

That was probably one of the worst Peterhead sides I’ve seen. Mo should have easily 6 or 7. Peterhead had massive holes everywhere, (which we didn’t exploit) it really looked like they had never played together before. After we sharpened up in the second half they didn’t have one shot at Ross. That Peterhead team totally deserves to be at the foot of the table.

Think we need to get Tristan, Luca etc. out on loan next season to HL teams and not this Forfar West End rubbish. The quicker we can get them into high level senior football the quicker we will see them appearing. I’ve got to say I think Tristan could be the real deal for us after watching a couple of the u-18’s matches.

If you had Paul for a couple of weeks you would want to send him straight back, absolutely mince these days with no running about him.

A youth boy that we released has been signed by Aberdeen.

Got bloody hammered. Paul should never play again. Steevesy had a honker. It was obvious when we brought on our subs that they had the desire to get back and help out defence and actually put some running in. Not sure how anyone can be happy with that performance.
