Over the 2 games we created chances, actually the chances against the Dutch were more clear cut so that has to be a positive. The change to the back 4 tonight didn't massively help especially when we are using the full backs to get forward. Talking of which pretty much everything down the right side was wasted due to a poor performance from Patterson. Subs were better than what they replaces in particular Shankland although he didn't score and Armstrong who started to cut through the defence.

This game has been a f**k off waste of time. We have learnt nothing from it and very few pass marks throughout the team.

The issue for me is Germany, Hungary or the Swiss won't play like this it'll be us playing like N Ireland. For me we would have been better playing a team from central Europe who are better than us. This match could turn into an utter shitfest.
