Now I’m not a frequent poster on here and generally just drop in to see supporters thoughts on matches. But this thread is become unreadable due to certain posters. Stan360 is the worst for it. Listen Stan, you don’t need to post every thought you have on the club. It’s extremely tedious. Next time you have a thought about the most minor thing to do with the club please step away from the keyboard. For something a bit brighter I am really looking toward tomorrows game, as is my old man. He’s never seen Arbroath face off against Hibs. Iv purchased the special programme as a momento for him as a reminder. I think he only has 4 or 5 more teams to see against Arbroath. Iv still got nearer 20. Enjoy the game everyone. Hope we can cause the upset.

Did anyone get a ticket/table for the awards presentation at the Carnoustie Golf Hotel in April? Iv heard a few grumbles from supporters about it not being available due to the tables already being pre sold to “friends”. There was also an issue regarding hospitality for Hibernian. This is stuff Iv seen on social media though so it could be fabricated. As long as the club are making money out of this then I do not see an issue with this. Interested to get other’s opinion on the subject. The club continues to be on an upward trajectory but these little annoyances that supporters have tarnish that slightly.

Unable to attend yesterday due to being a close contact so watched it on Arbroath TV. What a massive difference from last season. 2 commentators who actually talked about the game instead of rambling on about complete nonsense. The picture quality was distorted due to the thick fog so having these guys actually talk us through the action was very much appreciated. Onto being top of the pile. what an effort from all involved at the club on and off the field. I can see a drop off at some point but the rest of the league seem to be beating each other. Good luck to the lad Souter today as well.

In the end if you miss 3 penalties you don’t deserve to go through. I understand that Hilson’s penalty was poor but someone shouting “f**k off Hilson” as he trots back to the centre circle isn’t doing anyone any favours. Chris Hamilton was impressive again against St Johnston, as he was in the friendly. Could give Dick a selection headache with Thomson returning from injury.

As soon as a player is disliked by our support then they are made a scapegoat, Dale Hilson is the perfect example. One of our best players last season but continually slated and that continued last weeK against Inverness

From what I remember you are his biggest critic.

Harrison Clark has been very good again today. He’s clearly the token villain with our support though, so I expect the poor lad to get pelters all season. Mckenna should start every game playing off the striker.

In Iv now had a few hours to process the game and I think overall there are enough signs from This squad to be encouraged this season. I think Inverness will be a top 3 side and we matched them for long periods of the game. I would like to mention the disgraceful behaviour of some Arbroath fans. These stewards don’t get paid enough to take that sort of abuse. But if you think your behaviour is acceptable then take it elsewhere
