  1. The league table is based on the whole season, and if we have the 6th most points by next Saturday evening we totally deserve our spot in the top six. It would have been nice to have our good results sprinkled more evenly across the season, but good on our Board for not panicking.
  2. Ricki Lamie has the opportunity to do something very funny next week.
  3. Wasssaaaaapppppp https://www.instagram.com/reel/C5bWhPGrLYw/?igsh=ZWs5NGVxcjlpemhu
  4. If they really think that's playable, it's only right that motherwell should be invited to bowl first.
  5. Will they fence that bit of the pitch off during the pre game warm-ups? Reminds me of the Gretna groundshare days.
  6. The sheer amout of fucking words if SK and Grant Russell were in the same place for longer than 5 minutes.
  7. I'd be happy with any rule change that nullifies time wasting. - 5 second restart rule, -suspend slow ballboys from school -Subs have to race the ref off the pitch and if the ref wins, they get sent off. - doctors note from the other teams doctor for injuries, or a suspension. - you get sent off, the other players are allowed to batter you until you're off the pitch.
  8. I'm putting money on 5'2" Lyle Cameron scoring his 3rd header in 3 games against us next week.
  9. How we only conceded one goal when we were being carved open any time the ball was played forward, f**k knows. Fair play to O'Donnell for having a good game in two positions and setting up the goal, and Vale was generally tidy, everyone else was just chilling.
  10. A nice boring appointment. I look forward to berating him for something thats not his job at some point in the future.
  11. As above, these moves are about what the bigger (or more accurately, richer) club can get, and is not designed for the benefit of the Scottish club. Being a AAA, or more likely AA, club for an English non-entity would be soul destroying.
  12. It brushes of Bairs upper arm, which took 5 minutes for the var people to figure out, and as such it is a blatant handball and he really should have been booked. Shinnie moved his arm towards the ball and hit it with his arm, slightly, but a bit more than Bair. Because he hit it harder it took var 30 seconds to decide it was not a handball, mainly because I think that means we have to pay the var guy overtime. f**k knows really. As far as the game goes, as poor as we were, we still had the chances to give VAR at least two more goals to chop off. I thought Miller had a poor game, probably because we told him he was the midfield and hung him out to dry. Was good to see us trust Ferrie and Wells and give them decent minutes. Hope we get to see them more. Not bringing Moses on against Aberdeen showed a distinct lack of Cinch.
  13. I remember that absolute freak show of a game, and reading text updates that came in in a weird order. We've had a bunch of crazy high scoring games over the years. 0-0
  14. Shame we can't make the top 6 with 4 draws. Seemed like the right way to do it this season. However, going on a tear and winning the next 4 games would be very funny. I'm saying nothing about Aberdeen until Saturday afternoon.
  15. My work is also paying me to have a fucked hamstring*. I only took one day off as well. Although they do let me sit down. Maybe I should feel bad for obika since he's a nice guy, but if it's an either/or, I'd rather we signed a total dick with working legs. Delighted for Bair, a real Canadian too. *which I pinged scoring a goal.
  16. Wait until we start showing Oli Shaw videos of Bergkamp.
  17. He is. Which makes me wonder why St. J were so nasty to him. I guess it's a farmer thing, they kill cute animals.
  18. Rangers missed a bunch of sitters, including 2 headers from crosses and a couple of easy balls over the top. We still put in a good defensive performance, but I wouldn't say it was any better than celtic, where Kelly just fell back on his arse because someone scared an easy goal that wasn't anywhere close to being his fault.
  19. After reviewing the incident, both in video footage and various still images, contrary to my opinion on Saturday, I now think this was a foul, and a red for mccausland. He probably isn't really injured either.
  20. Enjoyed the PPV, definitely one of the best all round PPVs in a while. The scramble match was pretty pointless, but wasnt terrible for what it was. The main event was a great send-off for sting. Shame to see the state flair is in, he was a weird shade of purple, but he and steamboat were fun additions that helped pace the match between the big spots. That glass deal was crazy. Osprey v Takeshita was immense. I've been PPV only for a while now, since I never have the time to watch the weekly show, and I like it that way, as I feel like I'm more into the PPV and matchups dont feel stale.
  21. Fair play to Casey for getting a few games in against Rangers before executing his plan to crock someone. If he did it every game someone might clock onto his plan. Seriously though, what a sad sad existence it must be to be that bitter and paranoid. I see some ex ref chimed in just to keep the fires of injustice burning.
  22. The session was good, and it's encouraging to see the plans that the current board have. There's a lot for them to cover, so I like the idea of getting others involved in the work streams. My only issue coming out of the session was that some of the issues raised need to be handled by the club- like raising match day revenues, recruiting new fans, budgeting, brand, etc. Increasing the society's presence on the executive board as planned (and maybe one day having a CEO) will hopefully help that.
  23. A real lack of respect there This was very well put together, these are always pretty cool.
