That would have been a good one ,I knew who he was in passing but wasn’t even on nodding terms with him and already had heard who his nephew was but didn’t talk to him as he seemed a walloper , I rented a few taxis down that area so had seen him when was over there sometimes ,he had a personal reg on his private hire (Toyota Avensis if i mind correctly )ending and the last three letters were kev,I presumed that was his name but now Iam not so sure

Don’t think anyone has ever been in Kevin bridges uncles taxi without hearing who his nephew is ,seen him in a takeaway one night picking up his dinner,he walked in and announced to the woman behind the counter loudly from the door he was “just off the phone to my nephew Kevin bridges there as he’s doing a gig the secc tonight” while looking around at everyone waiting for there food to make sure they had heard (thankfully no one bit and asked him anything )After he left she said he mentions who his nephew is every time he’s in .

Only caught the last half hour il need to watch it fully so apologies if this has been mentioned on the programme ,Definitely more to this story than had been said going by the comments on here ,but don’t think we will ever find out the whole truth , Iam unsure what he would have done if he had finished uni and got a job with things such as national insurance or tax, what was he going to do? pretend to be his dad again and phone up the hospital like he did the school to try and trick them like he managed to do to the school , he used to live beside someone that worked for me on and off way back before he went and pulled his school scam ,that was when he lived in his old house not his mothers house as shown on tv in Bearsden,.with out giving his address away as wouldn’t be fair to even though his mums house was shown on tv it was fairly close to his mothers maybe a five min drive ,after he had just left school I think we passed him on drymen road and the guy working with me said basically that guy went back to school but he’s in his 30’s ,if the guy had told me the date back then i would have checked the newspaper as he had some stories and that wasn’t even the most unbelievable one ,think I had said he’s a teacher or the janny but he did swear other people had seen him in the school uniform and Also driving with pupils so I thought he was staff rather than a pedo (sheltered life I’ve lived ) so was a shocker when it came out in the paper but there was definitely more people in the area that knew about it before that .

Glad the griff plot is nearly over , something that bothered me about but , that apart from how spider a few years ago was abroad with aunty Emily and is now undercover filth back in weathefield , was how come David or Gary didn’t do anything or step in(my arsehole nephew ray could even had sorted them out ) ,Iam sure it could have been sorted out rapid if they had , but we still have the summer story line to deal unfortunately ,watching that odd couple wanting her to have a kid I look back at the good old days when all we had was summmers three dads asking if she had checked her glucose levels today and eating something.

I’ve seen a failing egr not throw up a code before while stuck in the open position, which might affect cold starts and the shuddering while cold ,while you took it for a test drive and kept the revs high that may have been why it never happened as the engine warmed up quicker ,if it was the glow plugs I would have expected it to have been difficult to start in the cold weather that we have just had and a warning message or glow plug light on in the dash, the above poster saying the fuel injector is a good shout ,I would open the engine bay and have a smell about can usually faintly smell fuel while running or just after you have turned the motor off .

You may have already caught on to the scam/loophole if it’s like the puppy vip card ,after you have used the vouchers you want it shows as used in the app , simply delete and make another account with fake information and back to free products and money off vouchers again , the dog one has a free bag of puppy food which I don’t use for my pup so I simply claim that at the shop Aswell,but then drop it off in the food bank trolley in the supermarket. Don’t blame me when you all get banned from pets at home but cuntos.

I couldn’t believe it when I saw him on that programme faking it trying to teach the vicar to be a used car salesman ,was asked myself as am well known on the manner, but it conflicted with filming of minder so had to turn it down .

Been hitting the gym and doing some body weight exercises when I can’t. Been eating better the last six months ,as used to gym it every day but dropped off abit last year for reasons, forgot how much I’ve missed it , going to keep it up apart from a blow out bender in three months . good to get a read of this thread forgot all about it ,now on to the steroid thread

Well said ,it’s got to be easier than being a bus driver, as they have to take the money and issue tickets ect ,while the trains have the advantage of clippies on board ,train drivers don’t know there born .
