  1. To be even more pedantic, you didn't say hybrid pub / club, you just said pub, for which there is no restrictions.
  2. A significant number of unvaccinated people can go to the pub right now if they want, there's no vaccination or testing restrictions on pubs now and there won't be on December 6th.
  3. All of those places are in Fife which is part of the EOS, Brechin isn't in Aberdeenshire
  4. Brechin are in the Forfarshire FA, not sure if the Forfarshire Cup is still going or not though.
  5. I appreciate what you're saying but as a layman I don't really understand why these figures for an overwhelmingly asymptomatic highly survivable virus are of such a concern to the general population. Especially to such an extent that such extreme measures and especially trade-offs in other areas of health and wellbeing are required to suppress it until it no longer exists. I'm not saying anything I've said there is correct by the way, just don't understand it.
  6. The "70% thing" means this "new" (known about for weeks) strain is 0.7 times more contagious than whatever other strain they are measuring it against. I think it's very convenient how they've conveyed this to make it seem like 70% is a big number and I find it intriguing they've chosen, I presume purposely, to do it this way.
