  1. Pathetic from you eddie and you lot at Clydebank. You are desperate for as many teams as possible to pull out so you have half a chance to get into the lowland league. Lowlives the lot of you always have been always will be. You lot will still find a way to f**k it up so you rubbing your hands in glee will well and truly come back to haunt you. Enjoy this west of scotland league because its where you will be for at least the next decade.
  2. Rats are fleeing the sinking ship. This character the manager is two minutes in the door at this level, not even completed a full season yet bangs on about getting back every two minutes, the desperation reeking from every post he makes. Why because he threw his own money at it as well as the more money than sense chairman, getting in players that he knows will be off soon as they can without any games or wages. Not to forget the despicable behaviour all through lock down breaks rules left right and centre. Even those who crawled out the woodwork have crawled back under the stone they came from in less time than i've owned a pair of socks it would be laughable if it wasn't so serious.
  3. Strain and Boyd have been a disgrace for a while now an embarrassment to kilwinning rangers a once proud junior football club.
  4. Pathetic from kilwinning , no surprise though this club have been a joke for years no doubt thinking once again they are 'pioneers ' You fire ahead playing in front of nobody, streaming to a tiny handful of hardcore fans, in a half baked cup with clubs originally in it missing in a half baked league with numerous teams missing and no fans or hospitality nothing and the players catching hypothermia all for a game of football. Absolute shambles. Another example Maryhill players playing for nothing totally diluting the clubs history and status, now a amateur team for the foreseeable future. Another club thinking they are being smart and innovative when in reality they are just totally devaluing what they were and are supposed to be now in status.
  5. Dear god 12.50 to watch a grim st johnstone side who've barely scored a goal all season most probably mix of first team and reserves against a team full of over paid lowland league players on a stream in front of nobody with shouts from the clueless ferguson and davidson the main source of noise . Horrific.
  6. So the working mans club Auchinleck Talbot are saying 'due to high demand ' they will be selling season tickets with no refund when things are very unlikely to kick off this season. Utter disgrace from a club who have benefited most from supporters money over the years. Blatantly playing on peoples heart strings with morals been thrown out the window. So what if so called high demand ever thought of saying no we need to do the right thing here and give some respect to fans rather than using them giving nothing back.
  7. Basically a two man band ran by two folk with more money than sense that have nothing to do with the village of darvel . The question has always been all along when the inevitable happens who will be left to pick up the pieces of this charade, will the locals who reappeared or will they disappear under a stone for another 30 years.
  8. One of the top team in the junior broughty will do well regionally and in nationwide cup.
  9. Great local mp for rutherglen and Hamilton west who spoke on behalf of rutherglen glencairn and non league football and fans returning made the 400 mile trip while having covid making UK wide news. Brilliant just brilliant. Someone turn the lights off for the season for the love me god this is getting painful now.
  10. Glasgow only today had the highest cases in the UK. Noises about top tier 1 wont have fans this season at all. If it works out well they will finish season with no fans. All the while we still have utter morons at clubs like linlithgow going on about let fans in blah blah blah on social media. Totally deluded the type of people and clubs who pose far more of a risk to all clubs future than anything else. Ditch the league campaigns. Those players who want to tick over play closed doors for free till march. Review things in march if possible play some kind of competitive regional cup comps then. Let clubs regroup and rebuild with less pressure and uncertainty. If anybody is home at the intern west of scotland WAKE UP before you proceed over the death of several clubs.
  11. This is let fans in stuff is all hot air, all this trying to make a credible league season is pointless and needless drama with no proper real leadership and decision making thats why we have bland statements and zoom calls and surveys all the while clubs future are being put at risk rather than doing the sensible thing and abandoning this season or at very least come back march and try play a cup format to give clubs something. The virus is working its way through society the now with very few deaths we need to let it run it course and protect those at risk. Football with the exception of tier one premiership will need to take a backseat.
  12. Utterly bizarre post with the greatest of respect. You are living with someone with underlying conditions and are happy swaning about the north of england watching basically meaningless matches involving teams you don't support and have the cheek to have a go at others behaviour then call for the season to be done away with as you obviously feel we are in a very serious situation which we are as it happens. You should be nowhere near a football end of story the now wether or not some spectators are compliant or not .
  13. So clubs all over the country who were told they could only play teams in the council areas where they are playing registered home games from thats changed also? For example rossvale told only play teams from glasgow city , krr can only play teams from north lanarkshire . What a absolute farce this is all for a season that is already pointless and won't happen.
  14. So what exactly are people like myself missing here , what is the distance rule ? Every friendly I've seen its been clubs within same council area with one exception Rutherglen for example have arranged a friendly against bsc who are based over 30 miles away in Clackmannanshire what kinda madness is this??? To be played 30th september aye good luck with that. Whole thing is confusing shambles and pointless one at that.
  15. Why are a glasgow team and east renfewshire team in Arthurlie and Rossvale plying each other tonight i'm i missing something here?? I was under the impression you could only play games against teams in the same council area or is it distance?
  16. Totally misleading people giving the total false impression games and a good chunk of games will get played. A donating is any amount can be a small amount not a set price of seventy pounds. Poor stuff from them.
  17. The anoraks don't care they just want a game of football to watch they live in a little bubble and think i will do everything right and totally ignore what every one else does and the practical behind the scenes things that just aren't possible. Its something for them to cling onto at a bleak time i guess we all do that in some form during trying times but at some point folk need to come to terms with the reality of things. I've said it from the start for the love of god whoever use hell is running this shambles to protect clubs and the game at this level and call the season void .
  18. Its becoming totally obvious no football will be played this side of new year most likely not this season at all. This is an example but can apply to any club just happened to see this club most active in this. Why are a club like st roch openly touting asking for people to part with money for a season ticket during a pandemic with little chance of a credible season. Its totally unethical wether refunds are available or not and whoever runs that club should be taking a long hard look at themselves .
  19. Have to laugh at this let fans in campaign. Good intentions but totally pointless and will go nowhere. Do people not realise agree with it or not we are heading only one way more and more local lockdowns, and restrictions on everyday life with strong possibility of another lockdown nationwide for at least a couple of weeks. This will play out till least the new year making any credible season impossible. Football is irrelevant to the decision makers and in the grand scheme of things as much as i love football it really is lowest priority in a health pandemic sooner people realise that the better.
  20. What an absolute nightmare this whole 'quest 'is turning out to be. Horrific in national cups Overpaid for years for very little reward banking on league football by now and nowhere near it. Probably no scottish cup this season now likely no betfred cup as testing will be needed! Oh what a shame! NOT Btw Least you'll be spared an embarrassment from auchinleck as that cup looks doomed.
  21. Ignoring the anorak who started this thread what an absolute cluster f**k this whole thing is. Clubs scattered all over the place over split conferences, fixtures all over the place , all for a season that has little chance of even half way becoming credible. We are already seeing local lockdown happening again in society the tier 1 premiership with all its resources and money will be lucky to finish the season with no fans or a tiny handful allowed in. The game at this level is done for this season survival mode needs to be applied time for whoever is in charge to realise this instead of pie in the sky proposals do not wait for a club or two to disappear to start to take the sensible route.
  22. Good intentions but totally meaningless pointless statement and from who??? People aren't really getting this whole situation, letting in a small number of fans is only a small part of the problem and help no club financially anyway especially when you consider the financial outlay clubs will have to make to get anything going. Thats before you consider all the hassle a normal fan most of whom are over 50 will have to go through just to watch a non league game, just isn't worth it. Any plans brought out by this new West of Scotland group will be pointless its making plans for sake of it to say they are doing something as they are getting stick for being totally inept so far. Time people realise this season is done already.
  23. Great stuff and great tradition .
  24. Have to laugh at the kilwinning chairman blowhard preaching to the first minister about clubs going to the wall. This is from a man who did what he wanted and split a town in half and caused untold animosity. No its not up to the first minister to save nonleague clubs its down to whoever the administrators are to make tough decisions quickly to protect clubs , what people don't need is not a lot of unrealistic hot air from you. The first minister has far bigger problems to be dealing with ffs.
  25. Absolute chancers charging a fiver to watch a soulless friendly match online on a stream. Desperately trying to pay just half of one mercenary wages for a week. Embarassing stuff oh well the sugar daddy will have to stump up the rest what a shame NOT .
