Not yet no, probably Lochee. I've tried contacting local junior clubs with little luck so far but got an answer from Lochee United AFC

I'm a 21 years old goalkeepr from Italy, I'll be moving to Dundee in September and I am looking for a team to train/play with, I havent played in 3 years due to a hand injury and I'll need to get back in shape. I played consistently from 11 to 18 years old in the Lombard regional league against (amongst others) Milan, Inter and Atalanta youth teams so I am not a complete beginner. I don't have a car so I am only looking for teams in and around Dundee.
