Semi Final: Rangers vs Hearts
AJF replied to topcat(The most tip top)'s topic in Domestic Cup Football
Diomande returns but still doubts over Ridvan according to Clement. -
I think it's also hard to justify the claim that Hampden isn't a neutral venue for these fixtures just because it is in Glasgow, never mind label it a 'scandal'.

It's possible, but would require the member clubs to vote on it. Hibs recently stated they'd be open to exploring the option of strict liability, however it doesn't seem to be a very popular idea as it means clubs will ultimately be responsible for and punished for actions that may be outwith their control.

Semi Final: Rangers vs Hearts

I seen this on Twitter a couple of days ago about the prices seeming odd and someone suggested that some Bookies may have incorrectly applied a home advantage bias to their prices based on the draw (despite it being a neutral venue), with Aberdeen drawn first against Celtic and Rangers drawn first against Hearts. I've no idea how plausible this may be, but I've seen similar in the past (usually the leagues below the Premiership) in Scotland where the prices just look ridiculous. A guy I followed on Twitter would constantly take advantage of this by staking large sums when the fixtures were released and as the odds came down, he'd be able to cash out the bet in profit before a ball was even kicked. -
Aye, some bizarre comments from Clement. I can only think (or rather hope) that he is trying to avoid being critical of the players so to avoid being seen as throwing them under the bus. I really hope he doesn’t believe we got the response we needed nor thinks that performance was controlled or dominant. In trying to protect his players he’s just got us fans wondering whether he can see what is wrong with the side.

Not a very inspiring performance. Two Sima chances that were relatively comfortably saved and a header from a corner about all we can really look at as opportunities. I do think we’ve done well to limit Dundee’s threat as the half went on. They had a wee flurry of action at our end early on but seems like it’s mainly being played in their half at the moment but we’re just not threatening and as has been said, it doesn’t look like a team scrapping for a title.
