  1. The big league won't finish for ages yet cos there's still games that will get pushed back til about July at this rate.
  2. TBF they probably thought "midweek game, on the telly, in the evening rain, it'll be called off" but found a pitch looking decent at this point of the season and clearly a competent groundskeeping team able to avoid a call off.
  3. As it's the money men behind Dundee who failed to invest in facilities causing this delay, surely the fairest thing is to not punish the club but deduct 3 points from the company. That should leave everyone happy. Good luck on the club in their attempt to break a record https://www.theguardian.com/football/2006/mar/22/theknowledge.sport
  4. Pitch looks so bad a player could go flying to the ground when no one is even near them. Game on then
  5. Game abandoned and either 1. Rangers winning 5-0, awarded 3-0 win for abandoned game, celtic win league on goal difference of +1 2. Charge fans for tickets for replay for the seethe
  6. Game delayed cos of the zombies setting off flares again and causing an evacuation. The extra 20minutes means more rain on pitch, game abandoned in 80th minute.
  7. Hearing the pitch is waterlogged again after the Dees completely melted in the last 15 minutes
  8. Just cos I saw the Dee4Life stuff when they posted about Nou Campy healthy fanbase with a long term future. 70% > 55
  9. Weird narrow angle, you'd think the crowd would be shown. Mind you, this united one has the same angle
  10. I was repeating what Dundee fans who had posted elsewhere had said as to why you had to move from Dens. One I spoke to IRL was explaining how you couldn't knock it down to replace/expand etc, but also how you were gonna sell the ground and houses would be built on it. I had assumed the bit he was havering about was how it could be knocked down to make houses but not a new stand, not that it was listed at all.
  11. I think I maybe posted twice in this thread, hardly worth a call out. Will see when a spade hits the ground. Moneys still on "they'll sell Dens and the houses and do a runner". Useless council suggested the site so no point objecting to yet more stuff being built on Camperdown. See above though, debt not with Dundee so how many shell companies are involved in the shenanigans of maybe definitely building a stadium. Given you had to pay Strachan in penny shares instead of actual money it seems you don't have the £150m or whatever the figure is sitting at now. One thing I have never seen adressed in any of this though is: if Dens can't be renovated cos the ancient stand is listed so can't be modified or knocked down etc, then the first part of the plan "sell Dens ground first for housing etc" has a wee snag in it no? Is the stand just gonna stay there rotting forever? (like Dens currently is)
  12. 0-0 with the now traditional "goal crosses the line at Partick but the ref doesn't see it" incident to take the focus for why we don't get 3 points.
  13. Commentator trying to claim boos are for the officials. Yeah sure.
