As it's the money men behind Dundee who failed to invest in facilities causing this delay, surely the fairest thing is to not punish the club but deduct 3 points from the company. I was repeating what Dundee fans who had posted elsewhere had said as to why you had to move from Dens. One I spoke to IRL was explaining how you couldn't knock it down to replace/expand etc, but also how you were gonna sell the ground and houses would be built on it. I had assumed the bit he was havering about was how it could be knocked down to make houses but not a new stand, not that it was listed at all.

One thing I have never seen adressed in any of this though is: if Dens can't be renovated cos the ancient stand is listed so can't be modified or knocked down etc, then the first part of the plan "sell Dens ground first for housing etc" has a wee snag in it no? Is the stand just gonna stay there rotting forever? (like Dens currently is)
