Permission is Permission to attend a stag…… FFS! I don’t care if injured, suspended or at a wedding etc. I would genuinely expect my team mates to be at a game of that magnitude regardless. Happy to receive stupid money on wages but unwilling to give up any kind of commitment to the “community” that they claim to represent! Certainly wouldn’t be happy with Friday night social media posts showcasing their jolly!

I would agree. Looks like a really poor attempt to try and curb the arrogance shown on her past few months by fawning over talbot in public. I don’t disagree with the words but what about the other teams who they will need to prove that they can compete with? I wonder how much guidi charges for his advice? On the presumed removal of darvel legend, I’m really hopeful that he reappears on here and gives us his side of things. Wasn’t it him who brought the manager to the club?

Mark guidi actually gets paid to consult with darvel on their comms strategy? That statement is a shambles and actually quite funny that gall has put his name to it given he thinks it’s ok, as everyone else is at it. The use of “formal” and “informal” is all smoke screens. I would put my mortgage on it that it was suggested by their gaffer, and the players felt obliged to attend. Let’s face it, they have a great squad with loads of competition. Can’t see many of them saying no it’s against the rules. Many a manager in the past have worked hard to generate a siege mentality! “The world is against us”. Darvel seem to be doing an incredible job at this and every manager in the league has their pre match team talk done for them!

Incredible arrogance! “Every other club is doing it” response from their chairman says it all. I do know of other clubs doing it but would say the majority of others I know are sticking to the rules. East teams warned of points deduction weeks ago to deter this kind of thing!
