Spot on. Let's face it they are an abomination of a adult men's football club. A club born out of some money from Mr Moyes and the boys club structure who produce pitiful banners with phrases like 'history is overrated '. A club who 'fans' and committee all supported other full time clubs who felt like something different and jumped on a bangwagon. A chairman who nobody really knows and his stooge media championship manager nerd who seem to be the spokesmen for this lowland league and this new shambolic west of scotland league , really is that what non league football in this country has come to! An utter farce where we should have historic clubs with experienced proper officials who know the non league scene and it's history we are stuck with the bsc crew who have railroaded themselves into a position where they can feel important and relevant when that's the last thing they are.

This is a total red herring where confidential information has been leaked and we all know who the main suspects are clubs and individuals who have acted horrifically to join some half baked system that half the clubs are not even interested in . Egomaniacs mate. That's why they are the only club on here who allow the manager to come on here and spin things into the ground till everyone believes they are doing great things the right way. That's why they need the whole world to see the changing rooms, the pitch, the pies, the biscuits etc everything is amazing in this little ayrshire bubble where the management, sugar daddy, players, new 'youth' teams have nothing to do with the village. All these new people 'darvel legend ' 'darvel icon' 'darvel marvel' nowhere to been seen for decades when the club really needed people. Why because it's all about them and themselves looking good that's why the club had nobody and nothing for decades as it offered them nothing. A once proud wee has been hijacked it's not hatred and jealously it's just laughable not in a good way and a sorry way to see a club being treated. It won't wash as many of us non league fans have been around a while and seem all this crap before.

West of Scotland football has no immediate future. This pandemic will see to no non league football till the new year in turn the leagues are snookered especially the farcical top division of 20 . 2020/21 is already a right off . How non league football will look at the end of all this is anybodys guess.

So darvel a small village club are now trying to kid on they have some grand master plan and take over a club 25 miles away that will have no link with the village, never had a link with the area and won't play in the village . Totally defeating the purpose of having a youth team ffs anyone can do that especially with the lure of a few quid. It's all just lip service.
