  1. Unless south do what Craigroyston done and put up an unofficial fence on common ground then it won't ever happen. It's more than just a fence needed. Do you really think they have not looked at all options in the area? South Edinburgh football grounds are either on a flood plain or on common ground with Astros at Edinburgh uni deemed not good enough by the league so I heard.
  2. Hats off for calling this. Seems pointless having advertised the job, interviewing guys thinking they had a chance and then giving him the job anyway. Seems a waste of a lot of people's time. It also reeks of a set up ..guid luck to him anyway.
  3. They merged at start of season 19/20 and are part of Edinburgh South but retained the Vic's.
  4. Why would a club advertise for a manager if someone had the job
  5. South have been the biggest community club in South east Scotland, over 800 players, have a Saturday (south and es Vic's merged)and Sunday ams team. The EoSFL team I've been told is a new team starting up and will still have both and ams teams running too.
  6. How could a team that hadn't been granted a place in league have a manager in place?
  7. Season 2019/20 Edinburgh South sat ams and Edinburgh South Vic's merged and under the banner of Edinburgh South, so there would be no merger if the same club already
  8. Expand on "this mob" sound like you hold a grudge.
