  1. Only recently has Italy started allow lighter restrictions has the numbers have started to come down dramatically
  2. Spain Italy China at the beginning, and the numbers of deaths in other nations are not as bad as ours, with our population being much lower.
  3. Sorry what part melted your mind, n ill break it down for you, yeah there was a few big words, punctuation? Stuck in the house? No I'm not stuck, I'm just making a conscious decision to stay in if i can, be at ease with my own mind and just like the majority of the other countries doing my best to get through a shite situation, you can rest easy and know that if God forbid u find yourself in that situation i probably did not contribute to it, stay at home, staysafe, wash your hands n brush your teeth use a anti bac mouthwash, especially if your tongue or mouth comes in contact with hard surfaces or pavements, stick to it then maybe we can talk about football. [4
  4. Dunno why you keep referring to licking the ground as an example on how you may catch the virus, are you of the assumption that people have to go around licking work surfaces to contract it? You do realise it lives on hard surfaces for 72 hours? Course you do, n as long as you don't go around licking the hard surfaces or the floor or visit China with an open wound you'll never catch it how has spread like this??
  5. Not martyrs at all just listening to guidelines from a government who are clearly clueless n not giving any trust worthy information, a bunch of people who pick n choose what part they want to listen to suit there own needs, facts are we are heading into this disaster as clearly the worse nation in Europe as a ratio of deaths, n one of the very few with a kind of relaxed lockdown, don't make much sense, until it gets to a point where maybe even stricter rules are forced, so do we sit tight as we watch the numbers soar, we have already admitted we were to slow to declare lockdown, so will it be we were to slow to enforce a strict lockdown, the problem is the choices you make you make effect everyone, do we think we're the only country who suffers mental health problems? Pathetic, arrogant, stubborn and slightly deluded, all of them traits will no doubt will turn to regret just before intensive care becomes your total lockdown!
  6. With all due respect we're not talking about a choice between what's better than the other i don't mean to sound disrespectful, but i think training at a gym is better than at home and outside, i could even try n argue that the gym kept me sane, as a release, but we're not applying logic to be honest are we, while it did improve my mood hell of a lot overall it did not keep me sane, nor will it keep anyone sane, it helps massively don't get me wrong but exercising high intensity setting your mind to the task, then cooling down by your back door or window will release the endorphins in the brain giving you a lift n give you a bit of fresh air, not ideal n definitely not my first choice, but we're not really in a position of choice are we.
  7. I was a 5 times a week gym goer n twice a week pub visitor, tuff shit there closed, this life ain't normal at the moment, i prefer to train in a gym, maybe i could break in n if decide its essential for me to exercise in a gym
  8. Wow, maybe stay at home do a lot of reading n put words in the rite order without adding words that's not there, exercising at home is fine and beneficial for mind and body, not essential, but yeah helpful, exercise at home jog on the spot, do burbees star jumps whatever, but goin outside for a jog in my opinion is detrimental!
  9. Because of the coronavirus, there is no football!
  10. I was being hyperthetical, my point being we don't know enough about how it's transmitted, am i overly concerned about the virus living on the floor outside, no of course not, do i think everybody being allowed to exercise for an hour a day will make this situation worse or prolonged, absolutely, is it essential, no it's not, that's the bottom line.
  11. I do hope you have more teeth than brain cells, Common Sense tells me it's probably about even., which also gives me the impression you probably don't change or sanitize after your hourly jog, n for the whole hour ur exercising your aware of contact you've made?? Call it paranoia call it what you want but we don't know the facts all we can do is minimise the risks, oh n we can use common sense to decide whether or not its safe to brush our teeth!
  12. A vaccine may never be found? That's news iv not heard before, what like never ever be found? Wow, that's a big call
  13. Well neither me or you know what harm is done for sure do we, even the experts don't know enough at present, the virus may be infectious on the ground outside who knows, i prefer not to use hope as a tactic! N my main issues is with the incompetent government, we need law n order not guidelines! I do wonder though how many of these hard-core athletes would still go for there hourly jog if it raining out or snow on the ground? I'm guessing, not so much, so again how important is it? People will continue to justify there actions until they can't, i.e somebody they hold dear passes?
