Some were questioning the signing of Ujdar, like the Australian regional leagues are a much lower standard. But in future, could be worth for more players, as Ujdar looked like he'd played much better football than the Scottish championship

It wouldn't be an extra £100 a month though would it. £10000 to £20000pa could be tempting, but reasonable leverage to negotiate a better deal where he is. Significantly higher, and it'd get more tempting.

Another, probably more important factor, as in any job is their pay package. Which as you mention with overall budgets, is likely to be more at most championship clubs.

Even worse, with Duffy. Spent half the first half bending over holding his side. And Dodds still sends him out for the second half. Playing with such a narrow midfield, and noone in front of him that was a stupid decision.

Problem with the midfield is we don't have the right kind of players, to play 2 in the middle, with 2 wingers. Who would Anderson, play with in the middle that fixes that?

We did change tactics, and shape, in most of those games. So maybe it's the the tactics the rest of the time the players have a problem with.

I mean mean we still have Gilmour, Carson, Hyde, Bray and Harper( if we get another defender) that can all play in the middle. Would be a pointless signing, when everyone else can see centre back and right wing, is where welack quality

I meant more through last season, people were staying away. QP was a bit healthier. But that could be down to a bit of new season optimism. Don't see that being maintained for very long, if things don't change.
