After some months of Closed Beta, the game has improved on many fronts and the PvP is getting pretty fun, especially large fights like this one:
Mounts, caravans and refineries made it into the game, and they've pushed many changes like the passive training that became item-based active training (a lot of people had criticized EVE-inspired passive training in the past). They also added new disciplines, tweaked the attributes and added domains (ways to specialize our characters).
Performances improved quite a bit, but still need some optimization.
Gruesome stuff still plague the game (imo), like the sacrifices to the gods, grave digging, necromancy, decapathons and frankenstein mechanics.
