Lowland team

I firmly believe once the west gets sorted,many of the obstacles in north will sort them selfs out.then maybe then we can have a unified non league setup which will benefit the whole of Scottish football.no matter what name we wish to call it.i for one am delighted the west clubs have decided to join the pyramid set up i honestly think they will really enjoy it,after football is football when ever we get to play it.

Don't think that'll happen until there's straight promotions into the spfl without a play off.but there is ongoing talks with the spfl board and the LL and the Highland League which will resume after this virus thing.

Because thats how the LL eos shfl and the sos run within the pyramid.the wosfl when formed will run along the same line using the same rules.

Sorry it doesn't work like that.board members serve 2 years then need to be voted back on.the wosfl will need a delegate for the non professional game board and another one for the Congress both these posts are for 1year then they need to be elected again.they will also need reps for the 4 league meetings.that was one of the blocks.they just wanted to give the now premier league.but wrjfa wanted to run everything under that.

Definitely time to move on.

The lowland league and the east of Scotland only ever wanted a balance in the west,which is what has happened.the cups which people keep banging on about are staying for both or all!! again its choice by each and every club.oh and lurker am certainly not burnie man.

Kinda agree with using the cup as you say. but its not about old history for both cups its new history so would look to rename it. SFA challenge trophy.or something like that.

Thats very true.but they would then have to forgo playing at tier 6.and then win or finish in the top 5 of whichever conference league they end up in.said before its every clubs choice.

Why would they join the wosl.when their already playing at teir 6 in the sos dont go by rumours.

Clubs should be provided with facts and then left to make their own decisions. Your absolutely right,its not a demand you must join the new wosl.clubs must be provided with the honest facts.then do their due diligence.then make up there own mind is it in their interests to join or stay.they should also remember like all the others its about the long term not the here and now.my club wanted to leave the eos i wished to stay.but if am honest playing in teir 5 has been a joy.

Correction... if you are not playing in the newly agreed wosl.you will be playing outside the prymid.clubs can retain their junior fa membership to allow them to compete in the junior cup.its that simple.

Am not debating anything.you called another cup crap, then asked for a new competion to replace both.it had a big enough profile before the influx of new clubs.agree on a new cup competition should be introduced with a new trophy but lets just try to enjoy a new west of Scotland league starting up.

Why say its crap,have you seen the trophy or know its history.some of the biggest ex east region clubs take part in it.if you wish to keep playing in the junior cup thats really down to you.but please don't call it crap if you know nothing about its history.the bigger picture is at least we are starting to get non-league football going in the right direction whether we are seniors/juniors it football.

Its only called the south challenge cup.because it was ran by them last season.rules allow the Ll to take part the east of scotland ran it 2 seasons ago.its because its ran by both associations not the league's most LL clubs are members of the east associations.

Clubs who have not applied. will not get promoted to the Lowland league as they will be outside the pyramid. Clubs dont need to join the sjfa to play in the junior cup.thats why their going to amend their regulations.

Its not the SFAs gift to agree,its spfl LL shfl.eos and sos.who agree to anything pyramid.again like the sjfa the sfa administer the Scottish cup.reffee's registration's and discipline and the national teams.

Your correct the west region would cease to exsist,the new wosfl would replace them.we have asked Gordon ronney what's the plan for clubs who do not want to join the pyramid.as no club should be forced to do what they dont want to.

Your right the sjfa run the junior Scottish cup so it would have to stay.never been a case of doing away with it.the new wosfl would run themselves independently from the sjfa.this has been stated on here many times

The highland league has named brora as champions today.

the association's are not run by the sfa they run themselves.but are affiliated.the league's run the pyramid.spfl.LL.shfl eos.and the sos. This is the main stumbling block,to play in the pyramid you must be a league thats why we are looking to form a west of Scotland LEAGUE!!!.which in turn allows access to the ground grants Scottish cup entry once you are licensed.there are clubs who don't wish to play in the pyramid who wish to stay in their present grade.this all in attitude which Gordon Rooney has adopted does not give these clubs the choice,if you wish to play in the pyramid submit a application if you don't then do not apply its that simple.its not the SFAs give to allow this its the league's.
