I’m a bit surprised that Banner and Docherty have been given new contracts as I don’t see them being regular players in the side agree to a certain extent that Docherty has ability but too many games that I have watched this season have passed him bye and it looked like he wasn’t interested

Find this quite strange Hardie looked as if he didn’t have an input especially on match days so if KR wants to go a different direction I would like to know his plans as I said before his man management skills leave an awful lot to be desired and has had sufficient time to have done a lot better

Agree Ally surely that must put the players off there game that’s were man management skills come into it but I’m afraid KR hasn’t got any

Totally agree with BB Bono’s post KR has had more than enough time to get his team in order I think his biggest problem is how openly he slaughters the players instead off doing it behind closed doors and I also think his man management style is very poor everyone at the club wants good results but at the end of the day the buck stops with him as he picks the team
