For all their faults, the English media seem to embrace smaller teams like Bournemouth punching above their weight in the Premier League. I’ve never heard one of their pundits saying things like ‘Nottingham Forest are a Premier League team’ or ‘Sunderland deserve to be in the top league because they get big crowds’. Guys like Willie Miller won’t be happy until our top league is made up only of teams that he deems to be deserving, whatever that means.
Clearly not listening hard enough, they cant mention Sunderland without saying they should be higher up and the 15 years they spent wanking over hoping Leeds got back into the top flight when the club (and team) was an embarrassment was nonsensical.

^^^hopefully proves to be more accurate than similar emails from Tom Johnston and the end of the pyramid saga is really in sight. Time will tell. Would normally ignore "Junior Pub League" but it's actually completely comic that he spins what remains of the east region of the SJFA getting into the north pyramid as the end of the juniors when that's actually the scenario that is most likely to keep the SJFA on life support at this point. The Forfar WE approach of joining the EoS would be the real parallel with Kelty as that would break the link to the SJFA once and for all.
You alright mate?
You've been consistently wrong EVERY single step of the way. Today has yet again shown you've been lying the whole time but I'm sure you'll change your POV to fit the new narrative once more.

Cant wait to see how LTL spins this one,
Stick that final nail in the Junior coffin, Kelty have done for them.
Scottish Junior FA Pyramid Statement
The Scottish Junior FA & East Region SJFA have formally submitted our commitment and agreement to the Highland League board. We accept the Highland League's invitation to create a link between the Midlands League and the Highland League. Following an application to the Scottish FA board being ratified at their AGM in June 2021, the aim and expectation would then be for the Midlands League to be established for season 2021-2022 at tier 6 of the Scottish football pyramid.
The Scottish Junior FA and East Region SJFA would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Highland League board members and the Scottish FA pyramid working group for their understanding and help on this matter. We look forward to further developing our relationship.

People do need to bear in mind that the Midlands League is being pushed by some of the east region blazers that peddled the done deal board directive line a couple of years ago about the east region getting in at tier 6.
Oh!
Wars over man, Wormer dropped the big one -
SJFA admit its game over man, game over.

Since Kelty took the first steps towards embracing the pyramid concept.
Clubs have progressed quicker than the overall concept.
Leagues decided in board rooms. Changing rules during the season.
Still no joined up solution that covers all of Scotland.
Hardly a glowing endorsement of the pyramid concept. Some guys are stuck in the past and cant see beyond the cesspit that was Ra Jooners, time to move on M87. Time to admit your club has been left behind by those clubs that embraced the future in Kelty, the Big Rose and Bo'ness.
No one could have forseen the outside influences that would impact on the pyramid, going forward when the Dundee sides finally fit in under the Highland league there will be a structure in place that will allow any team to progress.

Cheers.
Interesting, last I saw was that the stand was being built to be half way at the athletics finish line so that for football it would only cover one part of the pitch - hopefully its all sorted.

With Edinburgh City returning to Meadowbank does this free up an opportunity for a new ground-share for an existing EoS club with Spartans at Ainslie Road? Or could it be an LEA club and that's the "mystery" application? Only guessing.
Are City going to Meadowbank? Thought the rebuild was unsuitable for the SPFL.

The idea was to make the deal permanent.
Yes but he impressed so much that he was brought back and into the first team. Anyone trying to say he had a poor time down south is deluded.

Ahmed-Sheikh confirmed. Incredibly she has now stood for election for FOUR parties
She'll be good on foreign affairs, someone told me she and Salmond have had plenty of Ugandan discussions in the past.

When I tune into to Sky to watch a Scotland game, I'm definitely keen to hear Chris Brunt's opinions about Northern Ireland.
The same Sky that manages to dedicate huge resources to their netball and rugby league coverage.
At a rough guess they put more resource into the events that rate well.
Its really not difficult to understand.

Changing the rules in extreme circumstances with the consent of the majority of clubs is entirely reasonable. Pushing for a null and void purely to reprieve your club from relegation for a second consecutive season is a bit pathetic.
Let me introduce you to Brechin fans as well

Shambolic phoney pyramid goes from one disaster to another. Awful
Pleasing that you've come crawling back just as the final nail is put in the coffin of the "grade" and the Juniors finally die.

13 times Brechin City have been the worst team in the Scottish League structure in 81 seasons (not including this year), their day of reckoning is long overdue.

Wonder which 3 voted to null and void.
Good decision, now lets see Kelty win the playoff and get into the SPFL.

Bollocks
The creepy auld clueless chairman with a 'private investor from america' and a narcissist manager from glasgow all sticking money into a once proud wee ayrshire club turning them into a fake phoney plaything.
When will this pathetic charade end that's the 64,000 dollar question.Juniors are still dead no matter how much you bleat. You and your ilk sat on your hands and allowed your precious "grade" to wither and die based on a deluded sense of self importance.
Let me drink your salty salty tears.

lee wilkie was the best player on the park in the 03 Holland playoff game at hampden .
He also had a stormer against Iceland at Hampden.
Certainly no Willie Miller but he gave his all and was far better than some others who've pulled on the blue at centre half.

If he gets 7% as suggested here that's a victory. Basically similar to the Greens.
If the SNP got 99.9999999% of the vote and Alba got the remainder it would STILL be an utter beamer for Scotland that there are people willing to vote for something thats essentially the Tartan version of UKIP (in relation to it being a toxic cabal of complete weapons that everyone sane is embarrased by)

The idea that we would win more games if we were less secure at the back is why you're on an internet message board and not managing an international football team.
Being secure at the back is fine but if your team then doesnt have any attacking options as most of your players are embedded deep in their own half then its utterly pointless. Football isnt about not conceding, thats the mentality of an Old Firm fan like yourself, its about scoring more than the opposition.

Marshall made an arse of that.

Nipper Salmond AND Tommy Sheridan, its good that all of the toxic wanks are combining into a massive party of c***s.
