  1. I've listened to all the podcasts and good on the guys putting it out there loved junior fitba for over 30 years but I'm all now for the pyramid as I think the juniors are struggling to attract new blood and now is the time to embrace the new and put the the junior association to bed . The only thing I dont like about the show is the amount of times the words ( I heard ) about this and that when most of it is not true ! I think you guys should comment on facts and do more research before coming out with I heard. Look forward to the next one hope your not offended by my opinion.
Never offended by someone's opinion that's what life and the show is all about people's opinions [emoji106]
  2. Would be good Bill if we could hear from a pyramider how the Juniors were puffing along in their own wee world until they were hit with pyramids, Lowland League's, floodlights and split regions and why we must join to survive or wither on the vine.
We are trying to get someone in the know to come on but no luck so far. We will keep trying
  3. Why would we do that JB, that's what the show all about letting people have the say and talking about the game glad you enjoyed it and hope you continue to listen and from time to time give us ideas you would like to hear and improve the show.

Enjoyed that this week. A good range of topics within Junior football. Thanks for recording and then making it so readily available.
P.S. Pleased you didn't take the huff!

  4. As JR alluded too on the podcast Bill, Darvel wouldn’t be what it is today without all the efforts off the ball from Chairman and Darvel Legend/working committee, suppose you could say that for a nearly every junior club but they probably don’t get the recognition they fully deserve tbh. The sense of community feel about the place is remarkable and JR touched on it, the fans firmly believe they are part of something already. Mainly down to the environment created where players/managers/coaches are all engaged with fans pre/post games etc. We have all bought into it (when I say bought I mean it literally not physically before we get slaughtered for spending money again[emoji2960][emoji1787]). Contrary to popular belief we are all level headed doon the brae and are not getting ahead of ourselves, but more so excited about what may lie ahead for us as a club. [emoji106]
Your right, you need great committee people at your club because players and management teams come and go but the committee are still there and doing the best job they can to keep the club alive.
  5. Ginaro the only reason we spoke about America football is because the guest said that his hobbies outside football included America football and thanks for your kindness Nd remakes on the show much appreciated [emoji106]

Not sure how you got that impression from my post. When I said "speak to some clubs in the east" I obviously meant off-air, to get an understanding of the how the pyramid won't force clubs to drop out or how there isn't a requirement to spend money to join the pyramid.
Though they also spoke about American Football clubs in this one [emoji14]
