A goal each from Kelty and Montrose would be nice.

"A tough challenge for Bartley". Get tae f**k Craigen ya fucking welt. Top 4 should have been an easy achievement given our circumstances. p***k.
Correct. Craigen a clown too.

I don't have much of a problem with him doing media work.
Same. I have a problem with his management work.

If Bartley gets sacked, then he will more than likely turn it in to the usual racism reasons and not be looked at as the team he’s responsible for assembling are utter dog shite
Jesus. This is special levels of stupidity.

At this rate we'll be favourites to win league 2 next season. I wouldn't be risking any cash on it.
I see that, but worth a tenner eh

I'm not sure there would have been a single QOS fan seriously predicting we'd win the league (happy to be corrected on that) but equally surely very few of us predicted just how bad it would be.
I bet on us winning the league but that's in keeping with my betting record that the club has made an arse of it (and I've lost cash)

Don’t be ridiculous. Gibson was a terrible manager but sadly Bartley is turning out even worse.
So you'd have someone back you describe as a "terrible manager"?
Ambitious...

No I wouldn't. He'd be a step up from Bartley but no thanks. Also he might keep the ubiquitous "Bertie" (Grant Murray) as assistant.
More a like for like but, yeah, no improvement

Would you have Willie Gibson back as manager?
No

It'll likely start with a "well Marvin, I don't think anyone saw that coming"
"Was this poor performance and result due to Annan being below us in the league"

Can't wait for Marv's weekly excuse vid

I am astounded by this scoreline. ASTOUNDED I tell you.
He's brought on McKechnie though. That should do it.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he walked at full-time
I'd be surprised if he did. Delighted if he did but very surprised.

The people who are in the “be careful for what you wish for” camp do my head in.
I don’t think it’s expecting too much for a full time team to be making an attempt for promotion in this league (as the minimum) and our ground not being left to ruin. The way others will have you believe we should be happy to just have a team.
I agree with this. I get the "the grass isn't always greener" but at this stage in proceedings it literally can't be any worse, can it?
I don't think anyone on this board is expecting us to be playing like Messi era Barca but a bit of fight, passion and, heaven forbid, the occasional win is hardly a big ask.

Not much change in tactics but have been looking at the RB position the past few games and think they both haven't been at their best going forward with a lot of passes going out. I'd like to try Banner in the RB role - is that madness? Anyway Marvin might park the bus so could be a tricky one but think we can do it.
Thanks to our roving reporter and man behind the scenes Beepee.
It's a bit weird seeing so many players in the opposition box and so few in your own half.

I was pleased to see a tidy up take place at Palmerston, which saw some of the seats cleaned.
I can't really think of anything else I'd like to see happen at the club.

I noticed on Facebook that someone suggested putting DAN in charge of the playing side for rest of season. Funnily enough I bumped into Dan at the recent Kelty away game and said the exact same thing to him. He laughed BUT I was deadly serious. Dan has done brilliantly in every job at the club. - why would he necessarily fail at this one?
I think Dan would energise the entire club because everybody would be willing him to do well. Let’s be honest the playing results can only go one way. That would buy us time until we can make another appointment or just decide that he is the man for the job. The players might also just “pull their fingers out”.
Worth trying an untested manager at the club.

Did the commentator just say that Harry Cochrane had (early in his career with Hearts) once been linked with a move to Juventus ...?
This is true. Fair to say he's fallen away.

3 -5-2 according to sky with Efe up top with Reilly!
Bbc don't care eh. How is Efe playing as a target man?

There is absolutely nothing positive about the club just now outwith Dan Armstrong's efforts.
A complete shambles with a board who think everything is rosy on the park. Show us a bit of ambition ffs and get rid of the guy sending us in the direction of L2.
Even if we avoid 9th this season do we think Stenny and Annan/whoever comes up will be worse than Edinburgh? We're only heading in one direction under Bartley.
Yip, the only positive is Dan Armstrong and even much of that is really stuff we ought to be doing.
It's a grim state of affairs.

If playing two up top, which we rarely do, then there's a place for both. But if only playing one forward, 100 times out of a 100 it should be a fit Reilly.
