Odd. I packed 2 untreatable Oblack's tonight, except mine where both gold ones so I'll fire at least 1 into Dalglish. 4 ToTS for me, all championship players. One was Aarons who looks OK and links to Rooney, but isn't better than Tav so meh.

I've not played in about a week. Done the SBC, will open the packs I've saved later, will likely not get anything. Might do Dalglish, but I have little motivation to actually play.

...but I might get Ronaldo.... Thats a shite pull, unlucky. His face sums it up. I have enough fodder in my club to do it, and even though I know I'll likely get someone unusable it's still so tempting...

Haha typical. Yeah I've probably made close to 10k back and got plently fodder for match ups later, or for the 81 upgrades. I've made loads from the Bronze pack method last few days. Must be about 30k in the last 2 days. Just doing it when bored at work.

After reading this I bought 5 5k packs and didn't get a single birthday or 90 plus rated card. Feel cheated tbh. Also echo what someone else said, Vidal is great fun.

That is very good. I got Busquetes, some low 80 rated totw jobber and 8 83 rated players in mine. Opened if yesterday and I'm still raging. 15 packs saved and other than a tradable Kante the above was as good as it got for me.

Over the past 2 weeks I've went from middle of division 4 to cusp of being relegated to division 6. Dunno what's wrong, just cannot seem play, or get any luck. Played 4 games in rivals tonight (3 defeats), one of which I hit the post with two pens, and with 2 further shots and just generally couldn't seem to get a break. Lost with over 70% possession and they scored with all 2 of their shots. Naturally I'm having a heads gone at this and my wife asks why I bother playing a game that gets me so worked up. I don't really have an answer. Does anyone else feel like they're getting worse or is it just me being humpty?

Thanks. I bought Neymar out of frustration initially but I've noticed that no matter who I have in my team I'm always around the same level. So thinking of making my team all first owners just for the fun of it. Might be sad but I do enjoy building the team and working out how to get players in. An icon obviously helps that, and Neymar is one of two I could replace to achieve that.

How you finding Nedved? I'm tempted to do him, but would mean replacing Neymar, who I do like, but is one of two players I could sell.

After seeing, I believe Wardy, get Essien I decided to empty my club on the mid prime icon. First one up, Cannavaro, who is of course the one Icon I have in my club. Second is David Beckham. Third, 93 Gullit. I was so relieved. And now a happy camper. Have nothing left but that Puyol looks very good value as well.

Aye that last line is a good one. Friends, family, even football, will be more important than work for the majority of us on here (unless Nicola has an account?). We all want to do our best at work and thats all you can do. Got to focus on other things after work. As an accies fan I'd think you'd have enough to worry about...

I read one of those silly 'inspirational' Facebook picture messages once that said something along the lines of 'if it won't matter in 5 years, don't spend more than 5 minutes worrying about it'. Now obviously there are plently of occasions when that statement is not applicable, but, although its easier said than done, I have tried to apply it to my work. I made a rather large error just last week, and after getting some stress sweat and a little panic I started to focus on that statement. I find it helps to think about what I was doing 5 years ago, and how things I stressed about 5 years ago don't matter now. So the same will will true of my balls up last week. I know this might be harder for some people to make themselves think in that way, but hopefully it'll help in some small way.
