Is it right enough YM have pulled out of the league? Shame if true, results really haven't gone their way this season

Vale looking so strong this season, certainly upgraded from last year. Top end of the table is very exciting so far
Not the case in the last 2 games against Abbey Vale. Threave were lucky to draw on Wednesday night and luckier to come 2nd yesterday in a dour display where they were out fought and out thought all game by a very smart team indeed.0 -

With both teams in great goalscoring form it'd be typical for it to be 0-0 [emoji23]
What are people’s thoughts on this weekends game coming abbey vale v nithsdale has potential to be a cracker both teams scoring for fun0 -
John was playing when I seen him but was brought on as a sub both times, but you could see the difference he made.
John Lowe middle of park and chunky in goals. Part from that seem to have 3/4 young boys that look about 16 on bench but that’s it.

Any new players for Reserves? Caught two of their preseason games and they looked awful going forward.
Took in Stranraer vs Newton game. Easy win for Stranraer never really got out of first gear and controlled easy
But my word, think I witnessed one of the worst tackles ever seen on a pitch from newton striker on big Scott from Reserves. Deservedly red card for newton player but can’t blame Scott for his reaction and getting sent off to which ended up in a brawl. Could of easily ended up with a serious injury0 -

Creetown 0 - 2 Lochmaben
Heston 1 - 2 uppers
Mids 0 - 3 Threave
Newton 1 - 3 Bonnyton
Saints 1 - 0 YM
Reserves 1 - 1 Lochar0 -
Good on him, we could do to keep quality players in our leagueSean wants to play with his mates, that's why he's at Nithsdale.1 -
Forgot all about Nithsdale, while it's great to see talent like McKenzie in the South, he's definitely more suited to a higher level. Scores for funMcKenzie is signed at Nithsdale-- scored all 6 in a 6.1 win against amateur team Glenmuir at Logan yesterday-- looks sharp again-- Nithsdale will be capable of beating most teams on their day but may just be a couple of players short to win or challenge for league0 -
Friend of mine went to Wigtown vs Reserves last night, seemingly a registered Wigtown player made an appearance for Newton? So some of the lads down there were saying anyway. Any truth??Took in the Girvan vs Newton Stewart game last night. Newtons starting team was by far not their strongest starting 11, but after half time when they changed a few things they started creating a few chances and missed quite a few good opportunities. Young Jack Marshall is a cracking wee player definitely done well to get him to the club.0 -
Caledonian Braves evenEdusport not in South0 -
Threave and Bonnyton to run away with it, with Threave just edging it for me. Reserves will struggle this year which isn't a surprise having lost their prolific front three. Unsure what to think of Edusport.

Took in Newton Vs Stranraer Reserves today, by God reserves are missing their star men from last season. Barely any creativity going forward at all despite picking up the win. Newton in the first half looked decent, Marc Whyte in the middle of the park was very good as was Euan Drysdale in goals. Second half not so great after making a lot of changes at the break
