I keep hearing the word "dominated" from the manager & Crighton also said same in his interview. I just don't see that at all, or if anything it's weak dominance. Decent bit of ball but not an awful lot happening. Certainly the much better team last 30 mins yesterday though and hopefully the manner of the point might act as a springboard but the optimism is drained so can easily see us going to Cowdenbeath & getting beat. Not starting Thomson is bonkers. Is there something we are not being told? It's unbelievable if it's just a straight up tactical choice. Crighton said in his interview don't panic. Meaning don't worry we won't be relegated? That's not a positive. Until we look remotely likely to start moving up the table to be in the play-offs then the criticism will continue. Tam Orr for me. The amount of players that turn up here on the back of good careers / seasons to then struggle badly is unreal.

While I agree on the whole, the budget we have we MUST be at the very minimum be in the play-offs come May. It just doesn't look remotely likely. I wouldn't wield the axe right now but we need 2/3 games as wins over the next 3 games, at worst a win & draw (the fact that I even think this annoys me as we should be so much better). If we come out with 3 or less then that will be enough for a change in my opinion. I don't like to be a sacking club willy nilly but when you get given a right good budget for this league, sign basically every player you wanted & are serving up the results we are then the goodwill is very limited.

I think a mugging is harsh on your team tbh. Don't think we done enough at all especially second half. First half was "ok" but still created very little clear cut chances. It maybe appeared like we were putting pressure on but blocked shots outside the box is no much use. We had a spell right after the equaliser (which looked offside) where we looked on it but this spell wasn't even 5 minutes. #swiftera

Hopefully Hester is out for this. I note he went off after coming on on Saturday. A proper player him. This is a big big match for us. Elgin seem to not be up to much (like us) & we desperately need to find a win & hopefully a performance. You won't get runs together without playing better than we did v Annan even though we ran out fairly lucky winners that day. Things could get fairly toxic if we get beat on Saturday as is the fickle nature of being a football fan when things are going so bad when there was a lot of promise.

There were lots of Beast & Paedo shouts early on which very very audible on sky so guessing that's why

Didn't end up going to this but deary me looked & sounded grim from the updates I got. David Wilson saved 2 penalties as well. 1 step forward. 2 steps back. As alluded in previous post it's ok stealing a win when you play bad like last week but can't do that consistently. Next two home games are HUGE.

Looking forward to tomorrow. Always fancy it after a win in previous week. Although will take a scrappy win again hopefully the performance is better. Won't always get the breaks we got last week. MWOA

1990 - Not the best match obviously but the 4v4 at Survivor Series with Taker debut. The start of the greatest gimmick/superstar ever IMO Rick Rude v Ultimate Warrior at Summerslam in the Blue Cage gets an honourable mention. Rude always got a half decent match out Warrior.

Was a good feeling to secure the win. Probably a stretch to say was deserved but will take it allllll day long. The defence were solid & after taking some criticism Swift deserves credit for the Crighton sub that worked a treat to see the win out, even if last few mins were nervy. Robert Thomson is so good and playing below his level for sure. Will start adding goals no doubts. Happy for the team & gaffer. They have took the flack at times over last few weeks & rightly so but the team has always put a shift in & hopefully can kick on now.
