Swift out chat is a bit pointless, even though I don't necessarily disagree. Due to how bad the league is we are in a position that 4th is, bizarrely a strong possibility still. If that possibility fizzle's out then it would become more a when than if as we have got a very good budget and that will be the hill Swift dies on.

That was the biggest joke. Formation works on a mud heap one game so must use same again, regardless if it is correct v the next opposition. It's amateur management and tactics I deployed in football manager 2007

Surely getting fan ownership would mean there would be a big say in not signing "rapists" as a football club. So cancelling because of a signing that goes against the clubs values seems very counter productive.

You are correct regarding hughes/Anderson but Forbes/Nat/Brown/Miller/ J Lyon. All can play there too. I'm probably being a bit impatient due to the glaring issues elsewhere. I suppose won't do any harm likely as will be paying pittance at worst. The GK situ is a broken record but it really is staggering we are left with what we are. Wilson was signed as back up and to play challenge cup and is now No.1 because the actual No.1 is even worse. Wild situation. But "we can't keep making the same mistakes" apparently
