  1. Ach, you dont need to change it Ivo, it's good to remember the great players from the Mo
  2. Aye, right enough, QP will have the biggest budget, probably by far. But then that’s banked cash. Kelty and Cove are probably in the same bracket. Falkirk, not sure if it’s wise to comment on them, they are a big club with big fan base, but have headed in the wrong direction this past several years! Cove has potential for a bigger fan base, depending how Aberdeen perform. Kelty, that town is the same size as Brechin, 6000 souls, so must be getting the coin from some place?
  3. For Falkirk fans, it’s been painful. Montrose probably have the most settled team in the league, if not all of the 42 clubs, with the least comings and goings. Im sure when you get over your issues and dilemmas you will be back up there with the other larger clubs. League one is an embarrassment for you, as for the Mo, there is not the same pressure, nearly every Mo fan is happy with how we are performing
  4. Surprising result. Cove may be asking themselves can money really buy you happiness. Okay that comments a bit harsh and long sighted, but with such ambition comes the cost and all the more painful if it doesn’t come to fruition. They’re still on track to buy win the league (apologies in advance).
  5. QP like a draw, I thought we were bad with 9, but you lads are really compromising
  6. Hi Ivo, I hope you don’t mind me asking, are you still in Scotland or back in the Netherlands? I’m not on social media so no up to speed. Great player for the Mo, these days are back again under SP and his team
  7. Market bar in the high st is popular, also the black horse, in Murray st, which is just a continuation of the high st is a good wee bar, Guinness is the best in town if you like Guinness.
  8. Clyde 1 Alloa Athletic 1 Dumbarton 0 Cove Rangers 2 East Fife 1 Peterhead 3 Montrose 1 Falkirk 0 Queen's Park 1 Airdrieonians 2
  9. Clyde have to be the Jammiest team in the league. Did the same against the Mo, stole a point in the second last minute, you’ve done that in several games this season.
  10. Was fair disappointed Terry wasnae playing. He fairly made a difference in the mid field during the last Cove encounter
  11. Its a multi split living in north Angus, Aberdeen, Dundee united, the ugly sister and the MO. My part time support also goes to the Dons, but Mo are first and foremost
  12. I noticed that last time when the played at Links Park, they kint how to kill the game by dropping like fannies
  13. Montrose is getting into the north eastern Scots, but once you cross the north Esk, there’s a definite Aberdeen twang, I grew up on the boundary between Angus and Kincardine & Strathdee, and there was a big difference between Craigo to Marykirk. Well done the Cove, looks like your unstoppable, Championship here you go. Will need team changes when you get there? So you’re going up a league every year, Aberdeen derby in 2024!
  14. £800k is nothing to an English premier league team, they get the £Billions pumped into there league(s)
  15. Aye, this could be a problem for the Cove fans only Police Better go under cover, without Mo gear
  16. Every game on Saturday is a tough challenge for everyone, and this is no exception. I put everyone in the League 1 prediction with a draw, because it's so tight. Dumbarton / East Fife, Airdrie / Falkirk, Alloa /QP, Cove / Mo, Peterhead / Clyde. This has to be the most unpredictable Saturday of the season. I'm quietly confident for the Mo, but a draw is a strong possibility, but it could be snatched either way
  17. He started off okay, first time round. Take it he's back at Forfar?
  18. Every game on Saturday is going to be tough for each opponent, Dumbarton have East Fife. Montrose have Cove, Alloa and QP . Clyde and Peterhead. These are the toughest fixtures to predict this season. This should be a good game! Reckon it will be a draw, or a victory snatched either way.
  19. Aye, looking forward to see him play, hopefully he fits in with the rest of the team
  20. It didnae look good, the team looks demoralized, needing to have more confidence in themselves and start to hold their heads up and have a lot more fight, rather than accepting they are going into league 2
  21. Airdrieonians 1 Falkirk 1 Alloa Athletic 1 Queen's Park 1 Cove Rangers 1 Montrose 1 Dumbarton 2 East Fife 2 Peterhead 1 Clyde 1
