  1. Happy New Year! (When it comes) Not exactly filled with confidence after last nights showing, but I didn’t realistically expect anything from that game anyway. Highly doubt we will have anyone new in for this game but potentially one or two may have departed by then. Please win Jags. Thank you.
  2. Friday night trip to United for the final game of the year. Nervous about this one, United have dropped some points of late but they will be looking to correct that against us. Our recent performances have been mixed. We have looked good in spells, but have fallen out of a few games despite mainly picking up positive results, so cannot complain too much.
  3. I look forward for league action to return after the int break and cup duty. We are going into this off the back of three wins, so I hope our good form continues. I expect Airdrie to be tricky customers though.
  4. I am really hoping that Adeloye is back. Missed out last week, although I’m not too sure what the injury/problem was.
  5. A trip to Hampden should be interesting. We were shocking today so not going to be making any sort of predictions. Watched Queens Park’s game last night, wasn’t a fantastic match but Airdrie seem to be taking points off a lot of the league. Please just win Thistle.
  6. Expecting this to be our toughest test so far. A real mixed bag of performances from us over the last three games, but I’m hoping we play to the levels of our last home game against Dunfermline. Not reading into the cup win from earlier in the season, United seem to have got their act together from that point and our squad has changed quite a lot since then. After a week off domestic football I’m looking forward to it.
  7. Unsure if he’d want to move away from Glasgow, but McCall does have experience getting teams out of a mess. (albeit he hasn’t always managed to do so within the season he was appointed) Seems to have always had a good eye for a player and can create a pretty decent championship outfit, but just can’t go any further than that. Out of a lot of the names mentioned, he would be one of the better options.
  8. Sorry to be that guy but Kakay had played in Scotland briefly before on loan at Livi. Regardless a very interesting list you have complied, shows how much we used the English market while in the Premership.
  9. Can’t really complain with Airdrie winning that, we were largely garbage today. Airdrie should have at absolutely minimum scored at least one in the first half, but I’m glad for Lyon to score again. Our lack of urgency, especially after going behind was was very irritating to watch. Anyone watching on stream, was that Airdrie ghost goal in? (Looked it from the stand) And were both of Graham’s offside goals the correct call?
  10. Took quite a bit longer than I was originally told but happy to see I wasn’t being fed rubbish. Next name is apparently Lewis Neilson.
  11. How was Kieran Ngwenya for you guys last season? Apparently he is arriving on loan in what I’d imagine to be a cover signing.
  12. Full back Kieran Ngwenya is apparently joining us on loan from Aberdeen. Would imagine this would be a cover signing. 25 appearances for Raith Rovers last season.
  13. From what I’ve heard Harrison Nee is still training with us so that’ll possibly be the winger we’ll add.
  14. How was Ben Williamson for you guys last season? A couple different papers claiming we are signing him on loan.
  15. The majority of Rangers loanees we have brought in over the last five or so years have made little impact. Even if we look a bit further back than the ones you mentioned, in 19/20 Palmer was decent enough for a while, but Barjonas made no impact whatsoever. I’m not against us going down this route if Doolan sees something in a player, just the majority of previous moves don’t fill me with confidence.
  16. The general consensus on here/Twitter seems to be offer Kerr a deal, maybe take a punt on Nee and either a no or the jury’s out on Morgan-Griffiths?
  17. I don’t think it’s 100% concrete but I was told we are trying to get McInroy on loan from Killie. Same person who said this had mentioned Williams’ name early last week before it had been mentioned on here/twitter, so I’m hoping they’re correct again.
  18. Aye Wasiri Williams and Kerr McInroy are the first names I have seen banded about as potential signings.
  19. Disappointed to lose Tiff, but not at all surprised. Wish him well at Dundee and I believe he’ll do well for you. He’s a cracking player, with fitness issues being his only drawback. Very fast on and off the ball and loves to take his man on constantly and usually beat him which is a rarity. Has added more goals to his game recently as well and ended the season on 12 for us which is a decent return considering he was injured for almost half the season.
  20. With us now having a legitimate chance of finishing second on the final day I’m excited for this fixture. Not sure if Raith having nothing to play for is a good thing or not for us. Regardless, I’m looking forward to the game. Roll on next Friday. Thank You.
  21. Really big game for both sides. Thistle looking to secure play offs while Accies are looking to avoid the drop. One thing you can say about the Championship is that there is nearly always something to play for - for nearly every side come the business end of the season.
  22. Based on what I’ve seen when teams play Thistle or on Friday night games. Ferrie - Queens Park Sweeny - Dundee Holt - Partick Thistle Fox - Queens Park Milne - Partick Thistle Savoury - Queens Park Boateng - Queens Park Turner - Partick Thistle Tiffoney - Partick Thistle Akinyemi - Ayr United Murray - Queens Park
  23. Four games to go, we have given ourselves an outside shot at the title. While our chances on paper are slim, still makes for an exciting end to the season.
