  1. With all due respect Aaron Donnelly is exactly the type of player we should be targeting on a permanent signing.

Turns 21 in June and I'm not convinced he'll have any realistic chances of 1st team football if he remains at Forest with their current excessive recruitment policy.

Get him signed up with t&c's giving Nottingham Forest first option if he turns into a Dusan Vrto clone.

He's certainly improved as the season has progressed after his early injury issues. A young lad with a mature head, appears so anyway when listening to him being interviewed on tv.

Also agree @K.T, Charlie Reilly if he increases his strength and fitness levels over the summer will light up Dens Park next season no mistake, a natural talent which is very rare, imho.

    Regards

It’s like we’re saying, what’s worse for our game a few postponements or sectarian bile.

Time to bring this sh!te to a head.

Fine the bigots when they step out of line.

Monetary fine unfortunately means little or nowt to these clubs, a points deduction however, then we're in the fun zone, lol.

This toxic subject has been ignored for many decades now, time for change is long overdue.

    Thank you.

  3. As a long term Dee attending since 1975 these are the best vibes coming from Dens Park since Archie Knox was manager in the 1980's, imho.

Well done to the Doc, his backroom staff and players for an enjoyable season and they're not finished yet, not by a long chalk.

However shame on the SPFL for their shambolic ruling today which reflects no comparison to the similar sanction served to Motherwell FC in 2010.

These are the same SPFL cowards who continue to sit on their hands whilst we have to listen to the poisonous, sectarian bile spouted by the Glaswegian Two at all away grounds and laughably mostly whilst on live TV. No surprise therefore these arse cheeks still apparently call all the shots in Scottish Football.

Shame on you, this is Scottish Football after all and 2024, unless you've forgotten you SPFL West of Scotland dictated organisation of no moral substance.

    That is all, thank you.

Mentioned it on the Arbroath thread, but if I was Tony Doc, I'd get young Charles out of that McIntyre shitemare asap, won't be doing him any good at all. IMO.

Agree @Bigmouth Strikes Again, the only positive to be had is the lad will learn what not to listen to in the future and clearly recognise managerial shite when it stares you in the face.

Best wishes this season to Arbroath FC, however they need to empty that fucking clown asap, imho.

    Best regards as always.

  5. I read Cammy Kerr, Zak Rudden, Fin Robertson and Max Anderson are still contracted till Summer 2025, however Mo Sylla is apparently and surprisingly out of contract this Summer.

Clearly 'The Doc' has some meaningful deep decisions still to be made regarding next season.

Personally I would like to see Malachi Boateng, Jon McCracken and especially Aaron Donnelly signed on a permanent basis plus Michael Mellon brought back in again on loan, to name but a few.

Special mention to Charlie Reilly who is not forgotten, improve your fitness young man and dazzle us weekly with your undoubted talent next season.

    Thank you.

Plus points, keeper looks good, as does Sylla and Mulligan in centre mid.

McCowan player of the season for me, superb.

    Thank you.

Totally agree, Luke McCowan's application and general attitude is second to none at Dens this season, including Master Beck. His willingness for back-tracking is in fact to the detriment of his natural game, a few others should actually take note at his selfless example, imho.

Anyways, couldn't help but notice we now have the worst goals against record in the entire league with 50 conceded. Two games against the arse cheeks indeed account for 12 of these goals.

As we are very much a successful work in progress, let's adopt the attitude of shit-festing these games to an extremely high degree of efficiency to highlight the ludicrous difference in budgets between both arse cheeks and the other top flight clubs. If their fans wish entertainment, take it the f**k elsewhere, preferably outwith Scottish Football.

Hopefully lessons are being learned, still totally 100% behind 'The Doc'.

  7. Unless I'm missing my guess, which indeed is possible at age 59, according to Wiki Antonio Portales' has played 12 games for us and we're about to enter March with still no show.

Did he remain for his professional injury recuperation over the festive period, or piss off home I'd be interested to know.

The absolute nonsense about his comments regarding representing Mexico and therefore going onto play at champions league level, ffs.

Concentrate on representing your employer and actually earning your salary young man.

Some of us are not so easily impressed or misled I'm afraid.

    Merely my opinion, as always.

His control of the ball, ability to shoot and pick a pass are all superb.  Unlike most flair players McCowan’s work rate and defensive work is also superb.  It really is a pleasure to watch him play.  I just hope we can tempt him to sign a contract extension.

100% this @Shadow Play, all day long, imho.

There's no substitute for watching the guys live. Away from the streams etc you can actually focus on what's going on.

Luke McCowan is by far the most talented, focused and hard working player at Dens Park, an absolute delight to watch and I'm also sure to manage.

Thought the defence and Carson looked smart and efficient all throughout and special mention to Dara Costelloe for a wonderful 1st half performance.

Mohamad Sylla, agree with other posters, strolled it today with his best performance in Dark Blue.

Let's actually hope Dundee United stagger to promotion, we are fucking waiting on you!

    Regards

GIRFUY Levein you boring specky twat, the 'who the fucks he' trumpet who did the cupped ears to the Derry after being subbed, and the thirty year old perth virgin sticking 'saints on tour' stickers on lamp posts.

    Thank you.

Hahahaha, I saw that also in Isla Street on the way to the game, two clowns consisting of a 50+ something and the sticker poster who was certainly very late 20's at best!

What the absolute f**k, beyond believe, what goes through their nappers. Not hellish much it would appear, imho.

I love the top one mate, can you share a link if it's not too much hassle?

    dens park | eBay

No problem my man, hope it works, the link is to the list of Dens Park items they have for sale. Seller is 'Stadium Portraits'.

As for the game today, hope young Mellon recovers soon. I'd only highlighted to my mate about 15 mins prior, this was the type of game where a broken limb was a likely outcome for someone due to the incompetence and one sided decisions of a referee who had no control at any time.

St Johnstone keeper wasted time from the 9th minute onwards, pitiful.

Never mind, "stick your Tayside Derby up your arse", Craig Levein can stick his brand of anti-football up his arse.

    Merely my opinion.

  11. Looking forward to the game tomorrow, Tony Docherty appears to be all about trying to win and secure a game, Craig Levein excels in stopping the opposition playing and not losing a game. Interesting contest tomorrow, however home win, imho.

Anyway on a different track, ebay uk and talented artists are always a good combo, check these babies out.

  12. The difference in playing standard compared with only 12 months ago coming out the transfer window is pleasing, no disrespect intended to Gary Bowyer whilst operating with no budget.

The staggering difference in standard compared to 24 months ago is astonishing, maximum disrespect to the Mark McGhee and James McPake efforts, imho.

@DeeTillEhDeh calculated 17 points dropped due to poor game management and 9 penalties conceded, fair comment. However Tony Docherty will be very aware of this, plus the fact I don't think he'll be shy at relaying these facts to his players.

We're only going to improve and then get even better and wiser, merely my opinion.

Rob McLean “Dundee will be delighted with a point if they can hang on to this”.

What planet is that arrogant c**t on? 🤣

As a BBC licence payer, dreadfully one sided radio commentary. Do these guys actually earn money for talking embarrassing pish for the entire duration?

Probably a fair result at the end of the day, two out of our three best players missing tonight, decent result, albeit disappointing.

Now 10pm, still speaking about Aberdeen FC, absolute nonsense!
