  1. Club Licencing

Sorted so just lets get on with it and enjoy next season.
  2. EOSFL match attendances 2018/19

Rash statement about borrowing Risk Assessment and Method Statements. That could *Provoke an over zealous H and S official to just get curious about your Contractor* Your sarcasm to the Linlithgow poster could come back and bite your now very exposed bum. Behave with some decorum and common sense please. .Remember its Bonnyrigg you are representing on these pages.
  3. Preseasonwatch 2019-20

Take it that's slight mistake Newtongrange Athletic should be Star hopefully. good opener for the Star if that is the case should be a big crowd to see the *Crème de la crème * of junior football.
  4. EoS Premier Thread 2019-20

Think it will be a more competitive league next season . No runaway winner and 5/6 could be in contention. Teams not previously looked at as contenders for honours have learned a lot in the Conferences and are recruiting players who could make that competitive differences as the season goes on. The previous *BIG* names may not find it too easy but current bank balances and big sponsors will make a bit of difference. Don't see any real movement of players yet with the big teams. Probably keeping their signings or potential signings close to their (treasure) chest Again as always just an Opinion.

The elected MSP BY VOTES CAST is Colin Beattie but he is obviously not off the particular political persuasion as the council Leader but by courtesy should have been asked to do the same thing and like most politicians nowadays would have milked the opportunity dry he likes these causes. but with the same result. The club has appealed and lost and are now preparing to get on with the job of erecting the lights they obtained courtesy of the local council.
  6. Club Licencing

Dozens each year in Holyrood and Westminster Like Petitions 99.5 % are re-cycling material Neil Findlay doesn't even represent Bonnyrigg in our Parliament opportunisim from the Midlothian council leader who is a friend.
  7. Junior football, what is the future?

Bonnyrigg appealed and lost. full reason on their website still Crowdfunding on web page for funding from supporters and local businesses. Have obtained lights from local council and Away Sponsor going to erect them as next years Sponsorship. initial work commencing in the next few weeks.
  8. New clubs in the East of Scotland

They certainly have the best floodlights in the Lothians. Very similar to the upgraded Linlithgow lights.
  9. Bonnyrigg Rose 2018-19

    Bet you are.
  10. Bonnyrigg Rose 2018-19

Dean Brett was voted both Players and Supporters Player of the Year. Class act recognised and appreciated. Could play easily well above the EOS or the LL.
  11. Bonnyrigg Rose 2018-19

    Sado response.
  12. Club Licencing

Many posters seem to have overlooked the fact that ,as you say 6 ex-junior clubs have improved their facilities for fans and the club to make the SFA Licensing Criteria in 12 months with another 6 nearly there. NO MEAN ACHIEVEMENT IN THESE DAYS OF TIGHT BUDGETS ALL ROUND. The question that should be asked is would it have happened if they had remained juniors. My answer is doubtful.
  13. Musselburgh Athletic F.C 2018/19

Penicuik been busy with 4 new signings to their squad for next season. No MacIntosh will be weighing up his close season offers always a last MINUTE DECISION BY wAYNE.
  14. Club Licencing

According to an interview with one of the Bonnyrigg players the club is Appealing but doesn't say to whom. The club web site has been very silent on this matter.
  15. Club Licencing

All the licenses granted at the last SFA meeting will received the stamp of approval at the next scheduled SFA Meeting on June 12th. The big business that day is a perusal of the applicants for the Scottish team manager post, plus our women are in France for the World Cup so could be a few short that day. Don't see any other business being discussed.
