I don't think Paddy is that type of person. Mike's runner for one min. Barry brought his own staff in with him and is being allowed to get on with the job. One thing Mike does he let's the manager get on with it. Right or wrong only time will tell. We can't afford to lose players like Parry. Something has to give before it's too late

Agree 100% the club is built on bricks not sand and that's down to the Chairman and his Board. Lewis is doing a great job with the new web site and am sure as the new signings are made he will post accordingly

1. Hartley 2. Goodwin/Ross 3. Grant 4.Smith 5. Lennon I couldn't split Goodwin or Ross both have great man management skills. Hartley was a gem of a guy and assembled a great squad with wonderful players. Simmy the pick for me Who would my choice be. I dream of the day Andy Graham gets the job. But he would need to stop playing. Player/manager doesn't work. He has total repect in the dressing room for me it's a clear out player wise this squad has come to an end. Good memories this squad has given us over several seasons. But would only keep 6 or 7 so we need 12 plus in. I woukd also bring in Peter Houston as no2 very very experienced In MM we trust only time will tell.

Disagree the players and backroom staff say Peter is the best coach they have worked with over the last decade and we have had some good managers over that time

Difficult season for the club but over the last 4years or so those group of players have given us everything. Is it an end of a era for this group. If so they have given us great memories. So many players punishing above there levels every season. We need to take stock over the next few weeks and see where we go. One thing for sure we have had the best out of this group of players total commitment from the core of them.

If we do go down I woukd keep the Gaffer and let him try and get us back up. Its been a difficult season for us with a thin thin squad. 90% the same 11 every week. We have struggled to score goals at same time can't keep clean sheets. It's going to be difficult getting back up with a few good full time clubs throwing cash at it next season.
