  1. Rumours Tiff has agreed to come on a permanent deal. To be announced in the coming days...
  2. Decision expected today. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/spfl-court-battle-live-hearts-22294797.amp
  3. I know there are mixed feelings on this thread about the WAT forum, but I’ve been trying to get registered for months and it still says ‘awaiting approval’. Anyone on here in the know or are they not letting anyone else on due to the high number of mental posters (which I say somewhat affectionately).
  4. Never been convinced with Banzo as penalty taker. Not been convinced of any of our penalty takers since Muirhead’s rockets!
  5. Called it (I think). Thought that Banjo was more at fault than Brownlie for the lead up for the penalty, but will need to have another look. Glad to see more fight in the team, although Cardle’s nearly went too far...
  6. I was worried with both Zanatta and Cardle starting but both look right up for it tonight. Just hope we keep it up in the 2nd half...
  7. I didn’t expect much on Saturday and would, somewhat grudgingly given our league position, settle for a point and a good performance on Friday. I’ve been happy with this transfer window and trust McCall to get enough out of the players to see us stay up this year. The big questions will be surely asked next season. I don’t see our first clean sheet coming too soon, so going with 1-1.
  8. With McCall having had more time with the squad now, I'm hoping for a narrow win today, but with question marks still over our defence and Dobbie bound to score against us, I'm not too confident for this one. 2-1 Jags.
  9. I'm hoping for a positive performance and for McCall to help tighten things up. Inverness away is always a tricky tie, so would do confidence wonders to leave with a point or three.
  10. Delighted that he's coming back to Firhill and think Ayr have handled the situation brilliantly. Also the Ayr fans have shown their class with the good wishes towards him. I hope that Ayr continue their good form (obvious exceptions), especially against United. McCall will need time and patience from the Jags fans and I for one hope he gets both.
  11. Delighted with this news as he was far beyond the others mentioned in my opinion. Happy if Archie comes back as assistant, he will learn a lot under McCall. Total respect to the Ayr board on how they handled the situation and the Ayr fans who appreciate what he did with their club.
  12. Fair point, thanks Sting. Hope he gets back to full fitness soon as we need him in there.
  13. Anyone know if TOW is injured or has GC lost his marbles and started our best defender on the bench against Shankland?
  14. Test post for new member. Great forum, enjoy your season.
